I went yesterday and i’m very displeased by very slow service inside. if your planning to eat inside be prepared to see all the drive through customers come and go while you wait and if you complain you’ll only hear the manager blame chick-fil-a’s system. i went to eat with a two order party. my gfs daughter and her friends wanted chick-fil-a on the way to Kemah boardwalk. her friends ordered right before us. the kids sat together, we wait. her friends get their food, then we had to wait 20 mins for our food. her friends were just about done with eating their food so i get up to complain. “whats up with this order” worker says they’re waiting on one sandwich… i continue waiting at the desk. the same worker walks right by me and doesn’t even say anything to me and brings the food to our table while i’m left standing there. no “hey this is your order your waiting on” so i get back to the table ask for the manager and tell her how its insane to have to wait 20 mins for our food, meanwhile the drive through is moving and theres no cars backed up. manager immediately blames the chick-fil-a system and how its 1st come 1st served. straight lie because those drive thru customers that we witnessed pulling up while sitting at our booth waiting are long gone plus the rest of our party ordered their food right before us. so i called her out on her BS because that was just a lie. this location prioritizes drive thru orders plain and simple. we had two sandwiches that had no pickles. adding pickles takes longer than not adding, regardless if it was a “special order” that was way to long especially while any and ever order was getting thrown to the drive thru without delay. its sad that management cant manage working the inside and outside at the same time and blames their company’s system that any other chick-fil-a has no issues with. i’m not from kemah but i’m definitely happy i don’t have to come to this establishment if i want chick-fil-a near my home. i honestly felt like complaining was useless and nothing was done to better themselves as a business from the way she handled...
Read moreI’m not sure what’s happened to this store but I’m so disappointed that I will travel to another location so I can continue to enjoy the food. Tonight I tried to place my usual on line app order but the Chick-fil-A app kept freezing. I went anyway to the location in Kemah, store #01303. I was placing my order and asked the employee to include 6 packages of the salad dressing and I was willing to pay extra as I have done before. The employee proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t necessary because they were free. I said that I understood that 2 would come with my salad and the others were extra. I was told that, no they were free. My bill came to over $40.00 for two people. Two salads and two parfait. I get home and the parfait’s are upside down. Placed on top of the salads, they slid off. This happens more than I care for. I unpacked the salads and no dressing at all. The most frustrating thing about a drive thru is receiving an incomplete order. I have had too many issues with this location. It wasn’t even busy(maybe it’s the service) so I would have expected no issues. Management needs to take a hard look at why there product and service is declining. I also asked the associate at the window if I could add this purchase to my account so I could receive the points. After 5minutes of listening to her talk in circles, I said, you really don’t know at all, do you. She replied that she had no idea. I told her that it was better to just say that. The other day I ordered a salad on line, arrived at the location and checked in at the drive thru. When I got to the pick up window I was told that they were out of the grilled chicken for the salad. Did I want regular fried chicken? 6 out of 7 times there is an issue. I don’t experience this when I use the NASA Rd. 1 location. I suggest that you use a different location to enjoy...
Read moreHave been to this location several times and no problem. The whole reason I go is to have a Frosted Dr.Pepper (like the frosted lemonade). When we ordered at the Drive thru at first the girl said no they couldn't do that and then quickly said yes they could. Also I was there 2 days before this and had no problem getting this drink. I had to pay more which was no problem. Once we get our food and drinks I taste mine and it's a Frosted Lime or something. When I walked back in to let them know it was the wrong drink and the person who I talked to was the manager(I didn't ask to speak to a manager)was told they could not make the drink I wanted. I explained to her that every location I have been to the past year has no problem doing it and that I had just recently had no problem 2 days before with them making it. She was extremely rude the whole time. I explained to her hey if things changed to where they no longer made it or whatever I understood but I should have been told that and not given a different drink and charged extra for it. So we will no longer be going to that location. This is the only location we have had problems. Today was at a different location and did get the drink I wanted and yes CFA still does the frosted drinks with soda. I think she called it a Fun Drink?...
