If I could give this location a 0, I would—what a joke. We did the mobile app order; the App wouldn't let us check-in, so we called the store and tried to provide the order number. We told the gentleman that we were in stall one for the mobile pick up; he asked us if we were with uber or doordash; we politely said no, this is a mobile order and provided him with the order number; the gentleman then said, 'Sorry, I do not see that order at this location.' We hung up and tried the App again, still not allowing us to check-in. We called the store again and received the same feedback. I went to look at our order to make sure we were at the correct restaurant, and we were. As I was trying to figure out what happened, my order disappeared. I ordered for the third time, and this time I was able to do the check-in. I still do not understand why the gentleman on the phone couldn't look up our order number and why we had to jump through all of these hoops. It says on their App that you can provide the order number to a team member, and they can help.
I waited over 20 minutes for the order to come out. The gentleman who brought me the order was rude and acted as if it was an imposition for him to bring the food out.
I drove home and started to hand out the order to my family and quickly noticed we were missing food. I called the store to ask for a refund for the food we were missing because I did not want to go back out. The gentleman quickly told me I would have to request a refund through the App (I never told the gentleman how I ordered my food, it seems to me like he and his crew already knew they messed up on the order). I told the gentleman there is no place to request a refund on the App, which is why I was calling them. The gentleman was rude and said, well, sorry, there is nothing I can do; if you want a refund, you have come to the store.
I asked to speak with his supervisor/manager to see if they could help me since I had the merchant information through the receipt I received in my email. The gentleman told me he was the supervisor and that there still was nothing he could do.
I asked for the corporate office number and his name. He gave me the corporate number but would not provide me with his name and hung up on me.
I will never be going back to this McDonald's. I have never seen such lazy service in my life.
After my ordeal with this gentleman, I counted all of the chicken nuggets we ordered, and we were short 8; instead of mixing the Oreo cookies into the McFlurry, they put the cookie crumble on top, the Big Mac's were missing the sauce, it's like they were punishing us for using the App. This location should be ashamed...
Read moreI have eaten at McDonalds a million plus times in my life(well over 50 years)...we have raised 5 children to adulthood and are starting into raising Grandchildren...I cannot even count the chicken nuggets I have bought and paid for....and we're not even going to try to imagine the hundreds of gallons of dollar Cokes...we were driving down the interstate and needed a quick fix...we pulled off at this McDonalds....we ordered McNuggets, fries and Coke...the service was odd....they eventually handed us a bag...closed the window and the guy turned around and talked to another employee with Screamin red hair(not El'naturel)...We sat there waiting for the drinks...eventually he turned around surprised we were still setting there...he asked "Did you need something?"...I responded "DRINKS"....he looked befuddled and eventually filled the drinks(never to the top)...and we left....fast forward 5+ miles down the interstate....the nuggets were Jerky...the fries were stale...the coke had a peculiar tang to it....not the McDonalds Coke burn....I called and asked what they could do given we were now nearly 20 miles down the road....He said "we can replace them".....I had already told him we were 30+ minutes down the interstate...at the beginning of the conversation..I asked about a different McDonalds(we'd passed 2 and I knew there were at least 2 more down the road)he said no....different franchisees...I asked about a refund...He said we can only replace it "next time you come in"....this was the 1st time I'd ever stopped at this Location and probably won't be passing thru needing food again for several months...or longer(I'm old I'll probably forget anyway....)So....long story short...Worst McDonalds food we've ever tried to eat...EVER(reference previously mentioned copious amounts of McFood)...We're starving(hence the quick stop at a "strange" McLocation...)and just get to pay for Dinner twice....Well we found a lovely local drive-inn down the road and didn't die of starvation....We're out some Cold-Hard Cash....we'll live...maybe....I do know I'll take the loss before I take my chances eating petrified McFood from this...
Read moreJust now- Mar 26, 2017. Slow night, four employees that I could see. I came in with my two very hungry young kids. When the self-ordering kiosk froze, I pushed the Help button. The employees just watched me stand there for five minutes. I walked over to order at the counter, where I was ignored again. They ALL saw us, but just smirked and looked away. No greeting, no "be with you on a second". Just blatantly ignored me. I wish I was exaggerating. It's not like they were busy-- besides us, there were maybe 2 more orders being processed. The employees just grouped around the drive thru window and watched me wait.
After waiting for another minute or two, and saying loud enough for them to hear (to my kids), "We will just order here, guys!" More deliberate ignoring.
I made eye contact with a young brunette girl wearing a headset for the drive thru. She walked right up to me to restock cups under the counter, smirked, put the cups away, and walked away. I took my upset kids and left the establishment. Worst customer service EVER. I'm so irritated.
I've worked many customer service jobs in my life, and I feel I have more patience than most towards those currently working them. Forgotten or mixed up orders? normal mistakes? All understandable and don't bother me in the least. But. I can honestly say I've never been ignored and smirked at to my face. It was beyond rude and unprofessional.
