Update 2/23/19: This location continues to mess up my orders. š š I've been here three times over the last few weeks - each resulting in the order being wrong. I then have to park, head in, and wait another 5-10 minutes to get the missing/wrong item corrected. Once I'm home, the rest of the order is cold. This recent visit will be my last for awhile... I ordered with their app for curbside pickup thinking it would help get things right - nope. I still ended up missing an item (Yes, I always check my order myself now). I went inside and it took 10 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge me and help. I did receive the item but once I got home I noticed my 12-count grilled nuggets we're actually an 8-count!! Do I now need to look inside each box and bag to make sure things are right!?! That's a $2 difference, and not in my favor! Plus the rest of our order was cold because of the delay.. The food is good, and I really like their grilled nuggets, but it just isn't worth playing the "Chick-fil-A lottery" and hoping your order is right. I would suggest placing a focus on getting orders correct versus the time it takes to get customers in and out. Also, the two drive through lanes lead to people line-jumping.. I've seen four times where people went around the real line to jump ahead... not cool. There should be cones or similar to better prevent this and keep things orderly.
Original Review (4-stars): Probably one of the best managed Chick-fil-A's in the area. I've visited during their peak times with cars lined around the building, yet they still managed to keep things moving as fast as any other time. One thing I've noticed is how their portion sizes seemed to have decreased over the last few months. My typical 4-count strip meal now feels like 3 small pieces with extra breading. Other than that, no real complaints, plus the staff is always friendly. I always prefer their food over most of those other...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI pick up orders here for door dash and eat here myself. Management is running a tight, customer service oriented and professional unti. Food is pumped out orderly, on timem, EVEN when they have a wrap around drive through. Whether they are busy outside in the drive thru or inside at the counter the staff is still smiling, still professional and NEVER EVER have that "strung out- super busy & miserable attitude wnd demeanor...Everrr!
So I wanted to take a moment to recognize them for all of their hard work. Most people only take time out of their day to bash a person, the service and their own genuin dissatisfaction, just venting anger. However, things are going well or even better than well, it stays quiet.
Thus, I need to thank Jocelyn, her immediate supervisors and the other two staff that were hustling nack and forth from inside front counter to drive thru.
I hope they are very happy working there. Like I always say as manager of my own fast food restaurant for several years, treat your employees with respect, advocate for them and pay them well & acknowledge the small things they do to temind them as a manager, you dont overlook anything. This lets them knkw your a humble manager who takes nothing for granted, even the small things - that will ensure ypu uave the most loyal workers for your store.
Acknowledgement leads to recognition - recognition lead to added responsibility- added responsibility leads to raises - raises leads to Promotion - promotion leads to added value for the employees and a sense of self worth and growth within the company - Self worth and growth gives the employee a sense that they arent just some typical employee, and that everything positive they do is valued and seen - which over leads to self confidence, self growth, self worth, and a worker who wants to work hard and smart even more.
keep up the hustle Jocelyn and the rest of the team (i will re-edit of I get...
Read moreI can't say enough great things about the quality of food served by this fine establishment. I always get a chicken sandwich with extra pickles, and a 8ct Chicken nugget. Now I do love the fries don't get me wrong, but I would rather have the proteins instead of a drink and fries. I love every single sauce they have but the Polynesian sauce, and the sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce are my top followed by the honey mustard and the ranch sauce omg 𤤠so I will teake my chicken sandwich and remove the patty. Get myself a Ziploc bag and pour 2 honey mustards in it (or Polynesian depends on my mood) drop that patty on in and shake it all around until totally coated all the way around. Pull it on out and slap it on the bun! See when you just put the sauce on the patty or just on the bun, it doesn't cover the whole thing and drips out the sides which is no bueno! So take your fav sauce and do it this way, you won't be disappointed. You can also do 1 buffalo sauce and 1 ranch mix together thoroughly in the ziplock bag then drop that patty on in and give it a good ole swim. It will be evenly mixed and coated for the perfect amount of each sauce! My nuggets get single dipped in usually 2 diff sauces alternating between them. Their chicken noodle soup is amazing, when you're sick head to the drive thru for some homemade soup! It can be a little bit more on the pricier side of fast food, but it's because of the quality and amazing staff that run that ship. So, I highly recommend stopping by for a bite and don't forget to pick up your pups a pup cup too! Yummy woof woof! Thank you Clearwater Chick- fil-A for always serving our community the best and being super efficient even with the lines wrapped around the entire restaurant most days. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing experience all together!...
