I'm a regular customer at this location for Best Buy. In general I find the staff to be extremely helpful courteous and professional. The only reason for the three star review is not the fault of the staff and I'm not sure if even the management is responsible? Maybe a corporate decision? The issue is that there is not enough help in the store. Sometimes it's very hard to get someone to wait on you where to find someone who is available. Even in the customer service area long lines in several instances where there's only one person working there. The people that they have working there seem to be very hard workers and very good at what they do so no criticism there. I would hope they could add some more staff especially in the customer service area.. and even if possible on the floor especially in the area where they sell PCS's.. otherwise they have great merchandise, The Geek Squad plan is fantastic and they really seem to stand behind their products. And then if you want to buy a case or anything else, good luck because unless you were buying the newest iPhones or the very very expensive phones like the $1,000 ones, they don't carry the cases, they don't carry the protective glasses. they expect you to leave the store with no protection for your phone and order the extra parts from Amazon! I came in with an about 20 grand to spend but i was black and wearing jeans and a tshirt not one person approached me. After about 30 minutes an admin at the back asked if i needed anything. If she could have made commission i would have purchased thar minute. When she saw my black card in my phone case i watched her go over to the group that had been standing around.
