My family frequently orders from this particular store. It is ALWAYS busy, ingredients and toppings always fresh, sauce on the pizza is amazing, and I live for the cheese steak sandwich!! Of course you can never ever go wrong ordering any of the desserts or cheese bread, out of this world ❤️ I think the staff is very friendly and helpful. One particular young man stood out who was prompt, took the time to explain all the different options and was helpful when asked to pair me with the best coupon or deal for what I was looking for. When I picked up the order Bryan H had a smile on his face and even offered to help me to my car with my order. That to me is above and beyond customer service!! He may be fairly new to the company, but definitely came across as a seasoned employee! Anthony is the other gentleman that has been absolutely wonderful, he is always quick to ask how you're doing and if I need anything. He also very kindly helped me when there was a small error one of my orders. He not only offered to replace my pizza but upgraded the size. I love this Domino's and will NEVER go anywhere else!! They are moving to the new store soon still on Myrtle St. Across from Walgreens on the corner of Court! I'm excited for them and look forward to seeing it open! Thanks Domino's for always making me feel happy and excited when I order! Don't forget to sign up for the bonus points program. Free pizza after you order so many!! See you soon guys, keep up the good...
Read moreI am a guest of holly as she chose not to review. I urge all that read this to please request anyone besides HUNTER. He should not be dealing with customers or in the hospitality industry and definitely NOT REPRESENTING DOMINO'S. His self righteous attitude was an unpleasant experience. He proceeded to text my girlfriend and vilify and slander her. He continues to deny any wrong doing. HUNTER is clearly not a representation of DOMINO'S mission statement. HUNTER needs, to take a lesson from Anthony ,James, Mike, Efrrain ,Neal ,,Wyatt and others before he sent out on a delivery. I am not one to post anything negative but being abusive is unacceptable, especially in the form of retaliation of her property .holly LOVES dominos and was a good customer that they are pending losing. I urge all that read this to please request anyone be add ides Hunter. He should not be dealing with customers or in the hospitality industry and definitely NOT REPRESENTING DOMINO'S. His self righteous attitude was an unpleasant experience for someone delivering. He proceeded to text my girlfriend and vilify her s till a miscommunication. They were great along with the food. If you want cold food and someone beligerante to a paying customer, HUNTER is your boy but don't be surprised at the backlash and undermining...
Read moreIt used to be so much better. After the new owner took over, delivery fees went up making it harder to tip the drivers. Everyone is feeling financial strain these days and it all rolls down hill to those of us who are struggling to survive.
One time when I went to pick up car side delivery, they gave me the wrong pizza. I had to come all the way back to get the right one. There was no compensation for my gas or time. Not only that, but the last two times I ordered the marble brownie, it has been undercooked and gooey. I spoke with the manager about it and she said they had changed the recipe. Ok… Did she offer to compensate for my dissatisfaction? Nope… even as I continued to talk about how unsatisfied I was and concerned that others would feel the same way. Her only suggestion was to let them know I wanted it cooked a little longer. I always order through the app. There is no option for that. I shouldn’t have to call in every time and wait on hold to ask them to properly prepare a dish. If you know the recipe change causes an issue, FIX IT! Who wants an undercooked brownie??!! 🤦🏼♀️
Why is it becoming okay to underserved your customers? Did you forget that we can make or break you? I can choose not to use this location, so that is my...
