Ok, so I NEVER leave bad reviews but this was absolutely a terrible experience. When I came in there was a woman being so rude and nasty to the employees as if they were beneath her or they were peasants in her eyes... she wasn’t complaining over anything in specific so I didn’t understand what went wrong with her experience. Now that I went through it I am a bit more sympathetic to that woman. I was completely to judge her and assume she was some stuck up entitled woman when in reality she wasn’t all that wrong. I ordered a donut, donut holes, one hash brown, and lastly, a “HOT” coffee. I told them I don’t drink coffee much and didn’t know much about their menu so the girl was nice enough to recommend what she would get. Which was coffee with 4 cream 4 sugar and 4 caramel. I don’t drink the coffee I use it for my cookies and like it extremely sweet with hardly any coffee flavor at all. So I went with her recommendation since I love caramel.. they gave me iced coffee after 20 minutes of standing around waiting. Keep in mind, I’ve worked in the restaurant business since I was 14 and am beyond patient and understanding with the stresses that come along with it. So I told her I wanted hot coffee and repeated the whole story about the cookies.. she let me keep the iced coffee but I don’t drink coffee so I took it to be respectful. Things just got worse.. She said she would remake it and make hot coffee.. 15 more minutes go by and I asked if I could just have a cappuccino with caramel and more cream and sugar than coffee. Another 10 minutes. Then he brings me an ICED coffee drink again... at this point I was losing hope. After another 5-10 minutes I got the hot coffee but when I tasted it.... it was worse than disgusting. It was as if it had no sugar or cream and burnt coffee. I don’t understand. Why would anyone make someone a drink that tasted so bitter when they’ve made multiple statements about disliking coffee and not wanting to be able to taste it? I asked for more cream and sugar and I felt like I was annoying them. They didn’t seem to care much that I’d been patiently waiting for over 40 minutes for a damn hot coffee. I will never be going back here after so much unprofessionalism and lack of care for what the customer wants. I would’ve been better off going to a gas station and I would’ve paid less. They offered no refund at all and didn’t apologize once. This is my first bad review and hopefully my last because these things could’ve easily been resolved. There wasn’t a care in the world to try to make it better. I would like to mention that I understand how stressful that job can be, I’ve worked it, but it’s no excuse at all. I never let any guest walk out unhappy without exhausting every option I had access to. I don’t know I’m really bummed out about that entire situation and wish it had been a better one. The hash browns were good at least and my son loved...
Read moreFirst, I waited quite a while to even be spoken to at the drive through speaker. Then I asked for a different cheese on my sandwich and was told you only have american. So I asked for no cheese. I pull up to the window and realize I ordered my coffee wrong, so I tried to get salmas attention. The first 2 times I said excuse me, she completely ignored me all together, and continued restocking the straws. The third time, she looks over, obviously irritated, and puts her finger up to gesture for me to wait. Once she finished, she turns around to the window and says "yes". I ask her if I can have my sugar MELTED. She says nothing to me, turns around and yells to the back, with the window still open "this coffee that you already made, she wants liquid sugar. No you have to remake it." I tell her that's why I tried to get her attention sooner, so hopefully it wouldn't be ready yet and she says "it was made then, too." I get my food and coffee, and ask for my receipt. Salma starts digging through a trash bag near the window, then hands me a wadded up piece of paper. Apparently she decided that I didn't need it and threw it away. At no point in time did anybody in that store smile, greet me, or show any type of customer service skills, what so ever. Now I have an overly sweet coffee with liquid sugar instead of melted sugar, a sandwich that would probably be half way decent if it didn't have the american cheese, like I asked for, and a dunkin donuts that I won't be returning to, not because of the food or coffee, but solely because of the terrible service I endured from...
Read moreI've been to this location multiple times and have had a similar experience each time; mainly when I choose to go inside. Some of the staff come across as unenthusiastic and not wanting to be there. I once walked in to get an iced coffee, to only be greeted by no one. Two employees were on break and actually taking up one of the two tables inside. The girl working the register simply stood there staring at me. I thought maybe her shift had just ended, so I patiently waited for someone to take my order. After an awkward minute, I decided to just place my order without receiving a "welcome" or even a "how can I help you today?". She was a nice person, but like some of the other employees, could use some more training. Another visit, I heard two employees talking about having a long day. She said she started at 10am, and it was 2pm.. It's a shame that she felt this way. There are plenty of other individuals looking for a job that would be glad to have worked those 4 hours. As for their food / drinks, I mainly just get their coffee, and don't have any complaints about it. It's mainly their service that is lacking and makes me rather drive out of my way to visit the Gulf To Bay location. If you do visit this location, I tend to have better service going through the drive-through. To be fair, not all of their employees are this way. There are at least two girls I can think of that are very friendly and hard-working. Sadly, that's overlooked by the actions, or...
