The food was great! The server and cashier both provided excellent service, but did fail to put the bowl ordered in the bag causing me to have to return the same night.

While preparing the free queso crunch taco that went along with my order of two burritos and 1 bowl costing $36.42, the server realized the special sauce that goes on the taco was out. She brought it to the attention of the African American shift leader/manager who responded by saying if none is made then that’s what it is. I let that go. My kids and I left and ran another errand before going home to eat. Once we got home we noticed we were missing the bowl that we had ordered so I called, spoke with the same team leader or manager, who questioned the girls on the line asking if they forgot to put a bowl in the bag? She then asked me to come back the following day when the GM would be there for a replacement. I told her no that we wanted to eat it today. She then got snappy and said for me to come on up and get it and hung up in my face. When my son went in to pick up his replacement bowl this time it was half the size of the initial order that was made. I will be calling the GM tomorrow and will update this review at that time. For now I have included a photo of the replacement bowl we received.

I find the managers behavior disgustingly unacceptable, ignorant, juvenile, and much expected from a kid at McDonald’s but never an adult leader at an establishment such as Moe’s. FYI- McDonald’s service has...

Went for a quick lunch. As first time customers we will not be back. The staff were very short with us and offered no explanation of what is possible from the menu. When attempting to ask a question about how I'd like to have my food assembled, I was cut off and asked if I wanted a bowl, burrito, ect..... Then asked what I wanted in the bowl. As I'm explaining what my needs are he (appeared to be the manager) starts assembling, never answering one question. The salad I eventually put together had flavors I liked because I chose them that way, but the romaine lettuce was not fresh and neither were the tomatoes in the "pico de gallo" which looked more like a salsa. When I asked if the "salsa was spicy" the cold add in person (employee number 2) says very shortly with me, "it's not spicy and it's not salsa, it's pico de gallo" Employee 3 (the cashier) was the only one who seemed as though she wanted to be at work. The dinning room was a mess. There were no cleaned tables, the floors needed to be swept as there were discarded napkins and bits of food (assumingly swept from the tables and chairs to the floor) everywhere. Although our bowl said it's stated price was around $10, when it was done being assembled, we paid $27 for two. Definitely not...

Haven't been back since they botched two orders in a row, about a year ago.

Walked in, asked about the 5$ burrito on the "National Burrito Day". Informed by staff that is the deal today!

Ordered burrito, and was asked for my phone number, gave it, and cashier rang me up.

Total of one burrito... $15.

Wouldn't refund the order either. eff that.

Spoke to Customer service, and chatted on Facebook. official response; Unfortunately you had to have the app downloaded prior to today to receive the reward.

This location used to really rock, and I loved coming here. Now all the employees and managers hide in the back, no one clears tables off after people leave... After the past 3 years of the food quality getting cheaper, and the place looking dirtier, I think Chipotle may be the place you really want to go.
