This is no longer a restaurant, it is a rented kitchen. First of all her communication is terrible, she doesn’t answer phone calls or texts for days. Once you do sign up and get your catering license, Karin who is the owner will do zero to help you get you access. I called her 3 months later after signing up and placing my deposit and she actually acted like she didn’t know me or that I needed help to get in to cook. It was so hard to get ahold of her I just found a different kitchen. Not reliable. She gladly takes your deposits over $400 part of which is a security deposit then never bills you again so you have no invoices and she conveniently looses your paperwork while dodging your need for your gig, then contacted me months later asking me for money.
