We ordered takeout on the app for a birthday party last night. All he wanted to do for his birthday was get stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. You totally ruined that.
When it said our pizza was ready we got in line to pick up. We sat for approx 10 minutes before we got to the window behind 1 truck. When we got to the window the kid said our order just got done, took our money and went to get the $70 worth of pizzas.
He came back and said it wasn’t done and we needed to go to the back of the now 8 car line. It was in the road at this point so we said no we’d just wait. If one car was 10 minutes we weren’t get back behind 8 more.
He said ok and then went to get the manager Candice. She informed us that we had to move or she’d call the police. When asked if our pizza was done she again said no. We asked why the app said it was ready to pickup and she didn’t have an answer. She told us it was at least 5 more minutes. We again told her we were not going to wait behind 8 cars and we again threatened to call the police. No other options were given. No come in and we’ll get it for you, no pull over to the side and we’ll bring it out so you don’t have to wait another 30-45 minutes in line. Nothing. Expecting us to wait in line and then be given cold pizza is ridiculous.
We told her to cancel the order and refund us and we left. Threatening to call the police was absolutely ridiculous. Something needs to be figured out to prevent these types of issues and that’s on Pizza Hut not the customer. We absolutely will not be eating at...
Read moreWhere to begin...... I ordered online 2 hours before I was to pick up the pizza to take to my families game night. So I specifically said to have it ready by 5:10pm. I arrived at 5:20pm and was told my 1st pizza was done, and my second one will be ready in about 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, they tell me they destroyed my pizza and it was not savable. So if I could wait yet another 10 minutes, they can make a new one. Wouldn't you know, 10 minutes later someone tells me they replaced my original order that asked for tomatoes and changed it to jalapenos. Really?!? Now I'm really at my breaking point. They ask me to please wait another 10 minutes to make yet another pizza. I said refund me 1 pizza and I will take the first one that was correct. Good thing it was a plain cheese pizza I guess. Can't mess that up. Would have given them 2 stars if they would have refunded all my money and just gave me the cheese pizza for all the hassle. This makes 2 straight visits to this location that have been horrible. Thank goodness I live in Arlington. They seem to always get my order right and on time, so it's obviously the Cleburne location that has some major issues going on. I recommend Pizza Hut, but not...
Read moreLove this place. My favorite pizza joint by far. Prices are pretty fair and deals are amazing. Pizza is better than any of the other pizza places here in town in my opinion. The reason it gets only 4 stars isn't a problem with the place as a whole, but more of a local situation. The one here in town has disappointed me extremely here lately. They must have hired a new cook because the problem hasn't existed very long. But the past 3 times I have ordered from there, the pizza has showed up at my door so badly burnt. The cheese is so burnt it is almost stiff. I haven't even finished the leftovers and have almost wanted to order at dominos because of it. Still might. The pizza there isn't near what Pizza Hut usually makes, but at least it would be alot more edible. They need to find another cook if that is what the problem is. Either that or I upset someone up there for some reason and maybe they just see my name pop up on their delivery screen and know to cook it to the MAX.
