Cashier didn't know how to use the register. He was very polite though. The worker who seemed to be there longer didn't have the answers to help. A Manager had to come help them. Three separate orders were made. The older lady gave me 3 small fries instead of 3 medium. Receipt was right there to read and see on the screen. The newer employee gave me one medium fry instead of one large fry. They also packed a whopper with cheese instead of a plain whopper. I checked the bags as the food came out. I showed them and they corrected it before I left. If I had not checked it, they would have had to redo the whole order and throw away all that food which was incorrect. The cook was also complaining of missing sandwiches he had made which were actually laying right in front of him. Confusing the new kid and making him anxious.
They weren't very busy. Just a couple cars in the drive thru. One customer dining alone at a table. And two ladies waiting together behind me to order. The cashiers were all nice and apologetic. I was even apologizing to the ladies behind me bc my order took so long to ring up. It was slightly embarrassing.
My daughter ordered one meal. I ordered one meal. And 1 meal fror my husband. Nothing complicated. The fries were cold and had been cooked for a while. The sandwiches were hot and fresh. The chicken fries had also been cooked for a little while and were dried out in the middle.
I rarely eat fast food. I haven't eaten at BK in years. I had received a flyer with coupons. We were in a time crunch trying to get errands done and make it to a friend's play, so I thought I would give it a chance. Now I remember why I stopped using fast food places. Read moreI haven’t been to this BK in a long time because the previous times were simply a disaster and I swore I never would return. Today my son wanted something from there so I used the mobile app (which is awful btw) to place the order hoping to save time.
Placed the order and within 10 minutes or so I pulled in and not a single car in line. Told them i had a mobile order and was told to pull on around. Waited a solid 5+ minutes at the window (keep in mind not a single car there) yet still had to wait despite making a mobile order.
Opened up my bag and quickly saw that the fries did not look right. Tried one and i was disgusting. Room temperature, stale tasting, only way i know the describe was they were a few days old and they just kept them and decided to try and serve them at a later date. I asked for some fresh fries and tried explaining and the rude guy didn’t seem to want to hear, just interrupted me and told me to pull forward and he’d bring me out some. While waiting (another 5+minutes) i noticed the bun on my whopper (which by itself was almost $6) was cold and no cheese and even the patty didn’t seem fresh really. To top it off my onion rings i ordered were also stale tasting and overall disgusting.
Guy finally brings my fries out, wasn’t friendly at all and the new fries had zero salt on them and overall just didn’t taste good. Got home and after eating a couple onion rings and couple bites of whopper, tossed it all in the trash. What a waste of time and money.
This visit reassured me that I will never return back. There’s a reason every time you drive by there’s no cars in line for food when other places are wrapped around the building. How this BK is still open...

First off I stopped for breakfast, I work around the corner so I figured everywhere else was packed I'd just swing by quickly and grab a chicken biscuit, I was told it would be a 4 minute wait, so I said sure no problem! I pull into work, open my biscuit, the chicken is burnt, dark brown as if the oil hasn't been changed in a month a long with the taste. I was hungry and in a big hurry so I just dealt with it. So again, I have short lunch break and again everywhere else was... Again.. Packed. I thought I would give Burger King the benefit of doubt, so I relunctantly tried again. Lunch was much worse. I ordered the new barbq sandwich meal! It took 12 minutes for me to receive my food with a hot tea, very little ice and cold fries! There went half of my lunch break. I sit watching these people standing around talking, manager just walking around and the lady says, we had a big order in front of you. First off you have people for your front and people for your drive through. I have managed restaurants and this is not the way you run one. I was blown away by the sad quality and the "could careless attitudes". I'll not go back, no matter the circumstance! No thank you, not twice in one day.You need a whole new crew and management for this particular store! And my meal was almost 10...
