Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clemmons

Super disappointed at this D&Ds! Been to Dunkins from Mass to Florida & never had this experience-. The coffee was fine tasting but I was surprised at the service, not in a good way... So I bring my blue plastic refillable 20oz cup for my ice coffee & a plain plastic 16oz cup for my bfs hot coffee. I did not realize till about 15 mins (we went nearby to get gas) so I went back now usually a refill of plain black hot coffee is $1.39, and a refill of plain ice hazelnut coffee is $1.39. so I was surprised that was charged $2.99 for my ice hazelnut coffee & $2.29 for the black hot coffee.... I said I think I was charged full price instead of the refill amount, (almost $3 difference) she said will did you have a Dunkin Donuts cup? I said no does that matter?? Yes, she told me their store only refills Dunkin Donuts cup at the refill rate (now mind you this was @3pm where even lattes are $2 (between 2-6) so no the $5.64 total was correct. I asked for the site # so I could check this because I've NEVER hard this specification before. As I'm walking away three woman behind me asked if they had any don't specials... She said yes & than continued to tell her about not only the donut special but also the coffee specials (which had not been told to me) so even if they don't refill other cups for the refill price medium coffees are $2 (reg coffee, ice coffee & lattes) & I got ice coffee but so the point is for bringing my own cup I was charged between $.99 & $1.60 more for ice coffee & than for my plain black coffee I was charged almost a dollar more. How am I going to be charged almost double price for NOT...

I've been here many times before and usually have okay service but today was Horrible. Stopped by today (8/26/25 around 8:10am)my snackin' bacon was cold. I walked back in, I said "hi i just got this but it's cold". The gentleman responded "is it snackin' bacon?" -so this already tells me that they knew it was cold- I said, "yes it is". He explains that snackin' bacon comes "room temperature". I said "Oh okay, but it's not room temp it is cold." He tells me to hold on to see if there's anything he can do. The manager comes(AA lady & i think her eyes were light brown) before i could even speak she rolls her eyes and in a snarky tone asks "what's the problem!?". I responded "Hi, yes he let me know that you guys sell the bacon room-temp but this is not even warm. It's just cold. Can you give me a new one?". The manager responds "that's how it comes" and I asked her "it comes cold?". She didn't offer a solution, I told her that her attitude wasn't appreciated and she began to YELL "I DIDN'T HAVE AN ATTITUDE BUT NOW I'M GOING TO GET ONE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU CAN LEAVE. I'M THE MANAGER AND DON'T COME BACK". She kept yelling and being unprofessional, she started walking away from the register and towards my direction. I then made my way to the door bc i was unsure what she was going to try to do. Don't waster your time going here unless you want to...

Gave this place a second chance, wasn't worth it. I ordered a medium coffee with 2 cream and 1 splenda. When I got to the window, they handed me a coffee that had written on it they put 3 cream and 3 splenda in it. I handed it back to the lady and asked them to correct my order. She closed the window, spoke with the lady who took my order, then handed me back the same coffee. She stated that she accidently wrote the wrong thing on there but only put the 2 cream and 1 splenda in it. After driving away, already 5 minutes down the highway, I took a sip.... WAY too sweet and WAY too light. I called the store to have them refund my money. They said I would have to come into the location and they could make me another coffee. Told them this wasn't an option as I was driving to Greensboro and didn't have time to turn all the way around. I called again later this morning to talk to a manager, no one answered and I left a voicemail. I have yet to hear back.

I will NOT ever be...
