I deleted my previous 4 star review from 4 years ago because this place has changed so much. We used to regularly get takeout and dining in or to go was great, but the last couple times not so much. This time we went around 5pm on a Friday. The restaurant was near empty, so we figured we’d get good service and fresh food. The salads here used to be my favorite fresh leafy greens and full of fresh yummy ingredients, now it was full of romaine elbows, brown avocado and barely any leaves of lettuce at all. I got the Cobb salad and the grilled chicken had probably been cooked around lunch time, it was dry and had no flavor. The chef literally combined a tablespoon of chopped tomato, cheese and bacon bits and tossed in there. You could hardly even see any of these ingredients , the amount was so small. So awful it was laughable! The bacon bits were hard and dried up like they came from the bottom of the bag. Just awful. My husband got steak street tacos with no tomatoes- they came with tomatoes. Sent the order back and they scraped off the tomatoes and the green onions too 🙄 and just sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top. Service was horrible - waiter seemed great at first and was friendly but disappeared after he brought the street corn appetizer (which was delicious and the only good thing about this waste of time and money on dinner). We had to ask others to refill our empty beverages twice before someone did. Will not return or recommend this ECW. Awful quality overall.

Bacon Ranch Bone-in🐔 Wings with Medium Heat 💯 I like how you can control what heat you prefer. I went here twice within a week with my wife and my 19 month old son, you can’t go wrong ordering anything here. I want to try every flavor on the menu. I believe they have over 60 sauces to choose from, dry rub and wet sauce choices. Superb service, friendly staff, nice bar to drink at. Ate my son’s left over chicken tenders even after eating my whole meal, very nice crispy, yet juicy chicken! Writing this review makes me want to go again already!

The staff here was really nice. The food was great! They only have a select few beers, this location does not have a full bar like the one in Mocksville. I had the Cajun Ranch Mild flavor wings with carrot slices and celery sticks with ranch. They close at 9pm and we were in there right up to it. They didn't say a word, just let us finish and thanked us when we left. It was pretty much empty when we got there at about 7:45. I would go here again!

Went on Sunday night with my wife for dinner, should have known right away something was wrong, only one table had a few people at it and the place was dirty. Floors/tables were not clean, a yellow rag was on the floor next to a wet floor sign which no one bothered to pick up the entire time we were there.

We ordered a burger and a buffalo chicken sandwich, the burger was cold and the lettuce was brown, the chicken sandwich came out with no sauce and over fried to the point it was as hard as a rock. We had also attempted to order boneless wings as an appetizer but the waiter (with a nose ring) said he had to take our entire order at one time, I said it was not a problem as long as we got the wings first, he assured us we would but after disappearing for about 20 minutes he returned with the meal and appetizer together.

The bigger issue is it appeared there was absolutely no one in charge of the front or kitchen (if any manager was present they should terminated for allowing this to go on) , the waiters/waitresses were having a good old time huddling behind the front desk, behind the bar, or outside the entrance smoking. It was also not appealing to see cattle type nose rings, dirty/uncombed hair, one kitchen worker wearing a fishing hat and sporting unkempt dirty facial hair, and a waitress wearing extremely short shorts. There was a lot of loud horseplay and laughing coming from the staff and they appeared to be having too much fun to even care about what any customer could see or hear. The only plus was that the boneless appetizers were pretty good, that was it.

I have been here on prior occasions and the staff, cleanliness and food were pretty good, I do not know how it got so bad. Maybe the owners need to make a habit of doing surprise visits to catch these antics while they are taking place. I have never owned a food establishment but these issues are basic commons sense for any establishment.

I do not believe there is any hope for this restaurant based on how bad it was, my feeling is that this place will most likely shut down within the next year (or less), if the management team/corporate office are wondering why this place may not be as profitable as once before,...

My friend and I went to eat there this week and got there around 8:15/8:20. We asked if it was alright to eat since they close at 9 and they said it was no problem and we promised we would be fast. We were seated and waited on by a woman named Sarah. She was very short and rude from the beginning. We maintained our manners as she plopped our drinks down and took our order. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger quesadilla. She brought out our food and I was handed a bacon cheeseburger. She almost left skid marks leaving our table as quickly as she did. It hadn’t even registered to me that’s not what I ordered. By the time she came back to the table our drinks had been empty for some time and at that point I just decided to eat the burger and cold fries and move on. After we finally got our second round of drinks she began sweeping right beside and almost under our table. I felt as though I should pick up my feet. Every time the employees walked past they were complaining about leaving. It was very clear we were not welcome and if that was the case they should’ve said, unfortunately we close at 9 and can’t serve you. No problem. We would’ve moved on elsewhere. If you don’t want to work the job you have, do better and go find something else. I waited tables too. And then started my own business. So if you’re that hateful and miserable then change your situation. Even after the terrible service, we still tipped her $10 because we thought maybe she’s got things going on we don’t know about. My friend and I did not deserve that treatment and we will absolutely...
