I wish you luck, Or at least better luck than I’ve had at this location.. I live within five minutes of this Establishment.. I frequently establishment and I am frequently disappointed.. normally, I just go through the drive-through and they almost always get something wrong.. Whether it’s the drink, or the sandwich, or what’s on the sandwich, there’s always something… Today, I decided to pull in and go inside the store and see if things are any better.. Surprise surprise they were not.. I placed my order at the AI Kiosk, Simple order, Dave’s classic double large fry, large drink, and large frosting.. I was second in line.. I proceeded to watch eight people get served that ordered behind me before I decided to say something.. “excuse me, ma’am”. “I haven’t received my food.. My name is still on the board and you have now served eight customers that ordered behind me..” She literally looked at me and asked me if I had paid for my food.. I said yes, you handed me my drink and the frosty several minutes ago.. It’ll be just a minute she said.. As I watched the next two sandwiches get made right in front of me, I noticed that one of those sandwiches was mine and one of the sandwiches was a double bacon cheeseburger, ketchup only.. She picked up my sandwich, put it in a bag and hand it to another man.. She picked up the double cheeseburger with bacon and put it in a bag with a small fry and handed it to me.. I proceeded to tell her that is not my order. She proceeded to argue with me and said it is your order.. I said ma’am, I did not order a bacon double cheeseburger or a small fry.. She grabbed a large fry, switched the fries out, handing me the bag and And said that is a double. Not only did she get my order wrong she didn’t even put it on a tray because I was eating inside the store.. She literally got nothing correct.. I said OK, I’m not gonna argue with you.. So I went and sat down now at the 18 minute mark to get a double classic combo meal and for it to be wrong, Not only wrong,, I told her it was wrong!!! What poor customer service what poor customer relations what poor In store management!! They just don’t care.. I don’t know how fast food restaurant employees demand raises and to be paid $15 an hour when they can’t put a single sandwich in a bag and get their orders correct or completed in a timely fashion.. If there were negative stars on Google review, I would give this place negative stars.. Wendy’s upper management in corporate office needs to do something about this location and their staff immediately just read...

I went back today with coupon for 5.99 Dave's double small combo tax should have been a total of 6.41 I can add I was a waitress in the older days senior now. Anyway ordered they got it as a single so corrected her at window price with coupon now 7.49 said they took 2 dollars off that don't add up it comes with drink and fries and good till 2 27 2022 today's the 26 Saturday still good . So I cancelled it cause manager insisted on charging higher price. Also there prices on items on the drive in are different than what you pay. So I was with a neighbor he tried to get his order they were separate for 2 large chili's the manager said no you've been here before and caused trouble and slammed the window shut. Price gouching is against the law. If your manager can not do simple math then she needs to be retrained and fix those signs or some lawyer may go thru the line and get the same experience and pull you into court over your pricing and advertisements. It was me questioning her on the price and she did not like it so I said just cancel it. Simple solution. I was not rude to her but she is not customer oriented for sure. It's not a good example for employees under her. I. Sure corporate will have a long discussion with her. I know Dave Thomas worked with Mr Jim Keets which I worked for years ago in a restaurant. Good luck I know the work force has changed but this only made me write another bad review of wendys. I really don't eat there alot cause I had bad food years ago. Read moreBeen to this Wendy’s often before years ago. Father moved to new area so this is the closest Wendy’s we have and I was overjoyed deeming the familiar location. We made a mobile order in which we selected the option of carry out…so we were surprised when we were met with a locked door, it’s whatever like we get things are different nowadays but you lock the doors, you tell corporate to take carry out option on the app off of your location. We had a wonderful employee come over and tell us they only do drive through, we explained the carry out thing and we’re walking towards the car again but he stopped and said lemme just grab it for you. Unfortunately the order brought out was incorrect, so they had to go back in and get the correct order, in which they did indeed get it correct but one little detail of the 4 for 4. They forgot the jr bacon cheeseburger. We said whatever and just hopped in the drive through line, told them our situation and they were happy to give us the burger, but they also didn’t turn the drive through intercom off so we could hear their verbal complaints about the situation as well, and when I was given the burger it was very rudely handed and not a single word was exchanged when I was apologizing for something that wasn’t even our fault in the first place. Drive home and the burger that said no onions or pickles indeed had onions and pickles and the 4 for 4 nuggets were not even spicy . Will not be going back to this one…only one staff member was really helping and didn’t seem like we were the devil when we just wanted our food that we payed for. Their regular nuggets were pretty good not gonna lie...
