This location is the sole reason I make my own coffee at home. The employees are unbelievably rude whether I am doordashing or just a regular customer. I went a few weeks ago for the free donut day, made a new account and tried it out. Had one of the worst experiences in my life. I am starting to wonder why all these people are so rude for no reason? It has become increasingly hard to find nice people when I enter an establishment. People that treat me like a human.. I feel like I'm bullied everywhere I go. It doesn't quite make sense. They treat you like you're a problem, they don't acknowledge you, they don't greet you, they just don't care. Even when they are slow, they just do not care about anyone. One of the ladies was so rude to me when I came on free donut day, that I wrote in on their website about my experience and gave them the time I was there so they could watch the cameras and hear what happened. They talk to people like they are just scum of earth. They act as if you're a bother to them, and they do not make you feel welcome. Make your own coffee, don't waste money on the donuts either, go elsewhere. Does corporate even come to this shop? Do they even...
Read moreWhile I hate to discourage anyone from trying a new place, I must say that my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location was rather disappointing. The primary reason being the stale doughnuts that they serve here. If you're looking for fresh, soft, and delicious doughnuts, this is not the place to go. Instead, I would recommend trying one of the local bakeries in Cleveland that still make fresh doughnuts every day. You'll be much happier with your purchase.
Adding to the disappointment, the cashiers at this location are quite aggressive when it comes to tipping. While I understand that tips are an important part of many service industries, it feels a bit strange to be asked for a tip when the cashiers are not providing the same level of service as a waiter or waitress. It's not just a tip jar on the counter - they make a point to shake it in front of you when you're paying.
Another issue that I noticed is that the doughnuts are not made on-site. Instead, they are shipped in from elsewhere, which could explain why they often taste stale and old. If you're looking for a fresh and tasty doughnut, I would recommend seeking out a bakery that makes...
Read more[Update: I tried this location again, it still has issues. I had an iced coffee at an out of town location and it was great. Ordered the same thing at this one and it was awful (bitter). I also ordered a chocolate donut, as in an all chocolate donut, and they gave me a regular donut with chocolate frosting. What gives?]
1 year ago: I took my niece for her birthday, donuts are her favorite. We waited at the counter for at least ten minutes while the associates just walked around doing other things ignoring us. They definitely saw us because they kept looking at us with these blank stares. There were no other customers inside the store. Finally one of them was like are y'all still waiting..? So he served us and we took it to-go. Got home and the donuts were dry and on the brink of staleness. I feel like we got donuts that had sat there all day long, to be honest. And I felt really bad because it was her one birthday treat. I don't go to this location often but it seems like everytime I do the service is no good. So I thought I'd go ahead and give feedback because it's been a few days and I'm still feeling...
