I ordered a pizza April the 11th or 12th on my porch camera they delivered to the wrong address the same night my son went up to the pizza place and the manager had a very nasty attitude so the next after noon I went there myself this manager was very nice and the delivery man states I know where your house is because you have ordered from us numerous times so the manager says I will credit your acct you cannot order online with this credit you have to call so today April 26 I called to order and the same nasty mgr says you have no credit he said we had to put it back into your acct which was a lie I checked just to make sure but I guess I will take that 31.00 as a lost but I will put the word out about just this store in Cleveland Ohio on 71st and Harvard. I email their home office the same night and I have not heard back from them. They build these stores in black neighborhoods and treat us poorly I will not stand for this. I have ordered from here several times and never had an issue. In fact the address and my info is saved online. I ordered today and the driver delivered to the address that was saved. I want to point out we are the only location on that block. There is nothing across the street, and there is nothing else on our side of the street. The manager said that his driver dropped the food at the given address. Which is the wrong address. The driver would have had to have left the food on the side walk if this was true. No resolution was offered. I was told if I wanted my food I would need to pay for it again. Worst customer...

I've only ordered online with this restaurant. Transactions have gone smoothly and updates on my orders have also. The food is always good and delivered within the time frame stated. Every time I've called with questions the person answering was always helpful to me. I like this place when it comes to the pizza, calzones, breadsticks & smores. I haven't tried their other items yet......
