I'm giving it 4 stars because they did not burn the pizza like I asked then not to specifically on my order because we've had it burned before, but it was cold when it got here. The wings were warm and good though. I placed an order before noon yesterday to be delivered at 4:30 through ChowNow. It got to be around 5:00 and my husband called to ask the status of the order. The lady that answered said that they were basically 'overwhelmed' when she got there because the delivery drivers car wouldn't start so everything was behind and she was trying to get orders started. I got another email saying it would be delivered 'around 5:00'. It got to be about 6:00 and he called again to ask the status. The first thing she says is 'we're not taking anymore orders'. He relipes he just wants to cancel the order and she replies she's not sure where the driver is but he went out with the order. After that she offers to refund me 50% on the order. The order arrives right after he gets off of the phone with her, cold pizza, and wings that are hot out of the oven on the bottom, and a little cooler on the top. The 'refund' comes shortly after that. The bill was $45.99 and I received a 'refund' of $11.99 that is still pending(not 50% as promised)I guess I should be happy I wasn't offered a $25 coupon like another reviewer on here? Read moreI placed an order at 6:15pm, and was told 8pm pickup time. I arrive 5 minutes early to be told it would be another 30 minutes. I left and strive 30 minutes later. 2 people are waiting so I ask if they've been helped since no employees were communicating with anyone. They said they were waiting step up to the counter and the older blonde employee just starts staring at me with the meanest look on her face. She just stands there irritated not saying anything, so I waitr for her to ask me if I had an order, but no she just stands there as if I'm bothering her. Finally in a rude nasty irritated voice she asked what I needed. I said my name on the order. She looks around and finds and tosses it to me. I leave. I get home and they gave me a half slab rib dinner for one instead of the full slab meal I ordered. I payed $43 for something that was worth $18. I received maybe half of what I should have received. Will never go back with this kind of service and then to not get my full order is unforgivable. I would have called to get the rest of my order but they were so behind on orders and rude, I know it would have not...

The lady at the front acted like i was inconveniencing her and i have never been made to feel so terrible just for asking if my order was ready. I come back an hour later and was rudely told it would be another half hour. I come back again and was told the same again in the nastiest manner. Having worked in customer service before- i was so caught off guard and left speachless at how she acted towards me. I then came back home and tried calling. Was left on hold for 20 minutes. My wife tries calling as well and finally gets through- we asked to cancel our order because at this point its been 2+ hours. This experience was over a month ago and i have STILL not gotten my money back. This place just took my money, spoke down to me, and then never refunded my money. I can not explain how...
