McDonald's — Restaurant in Cleveland

Capitalism is making it harder for everyone. It is not fair to rate the workers with stars when they are only doing the job of the person who is making the most money. I chose to take a stand against capitalism and refused to get out of line until the $1 for 10 nuggets was honored although the worker threatened me with calling the cops, an action that often gets black and brown people killed. I have never had an issue with the app until today. I tried everything and it kept saying “hmmmm” and not letting me complete my online order through the app. This made it very difficult for the workers who are told to keep costumers happy and to quickly service them. They could not quickly service me because of capitalism and an app error all of a sudden. These workers were so afraid of having a line, that they did not realize that it was designed that way due to capitalism. Eventually, the manager serviced me with the “the customer is always right” mentality. But im afraid for this black man because he chose to do the right thing. We must take a stand. We must challenge the norm. Because people are literally dying when we don’t. People are being unjustly fired when we don’t. People are being labeled as “challenging” When we...

Definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time. The staff is rude and half the time you don’t get what you ordered. After a couple of bad experiences we started going to the 117 th location even though it’s a lot farther from our house. However, this morning we just wanted a quick breakfast. My fiancé ordered hotcakes with his breakfast and we didn’t get those. When we went back the staff was very rude about it. They messed up the order but somehow we ended up with the blame. The girl at the window called to the “kitchen” staff and all we heard through the window is “well then they owe ME a dollar, hotcakes are a dollar”. We weren’t given a receipt but I’m fairly confident we already paid for the hotcakes. We paid again anyway because it was a dollar, but also ITS A DOLLAR! A business with good customer service would apologize, give the missing part of the order and I wouldn’t be writing this review. This location has lost my business and I encourage other to take their money...

Sister had requested while on my way to visit her that I get a $5 McDouble Meal with a Sprite as the drink for her. Pulled up to this McDonald's on Detroit Ave. in area of W 75th St.. Pulled up to drive-thru and gave male order taker my order. I ordered two $5 Meals..one for my sister and one for me. I ordered a $5 McChicken meal..with extra pickles on the sandwich. I asked the order taker "How fresh is your coffee?". This was at approximately at 5 pm in the evening..and I needed COFFEE.. Order-taker said "Fresh coffee would be made". Pulled around and the male order taker was very pleasant in disposition. Pulled forward after paying. Female at window was very pleasant..said "We are making fresh coffee..and your order will be finished very soon".I was very pleasantly surprised by the service people at this restaurant..even being just a local McDonald's. Thank you....
