If I could give ZERO stars, I 100% would. If you see my history as a contributor, you can see I do not often dole out one star reviews for anyone but the worst of the worst. The last THREE experiences I have had have gotten worse and worse every time. First, simply cold and incorrect food. I can understand some things happen sometimes, and I was willing to let it slide. Second, I placed an order at 9pm a couple nights ago, went to the store to pick it up, and the whole store was locked up tight, with no warning, notification, or apology. They had already taken my money and said the order was completed. I had called the number of what I have now discovered is the DISTRICT MANAGER, and still received ZERO response OR a follow-up, even though I had even left her a message. I had to stay on the phone with my bank for over an HOUR to get my money, that they were going to willingly STEAL from me, back. I still excused this issue, and did not follow up again. The third and final issue was just earlier today. We had placed a delivery order to try again, when they would DEFINITELY be open. My Dasher comes to the door and says “they didn’t give me the chips or drinks” and for some reason I just knew he was lying. I called the store and they confirmed that they had him ON VIDEO, taking my chips and drinks. Because I am unable to prove a negative and show that I do not have these items, they told me basically, that I am SOL. The lady on the phone, a so-called “manager in training”, continually spoke over me, offered no alternatives or solutions, did not once apologize to me on the phone until I ASKED, gave me excuse after excuse, and generally seemed uninterested in dealing with the whole situation. She pushed responsibility off of herself and gave me the number for the district manager. I contacted the district manager once again to no response and now a “full” mailbox, so there wasn’t even a way to fully follow up. I had to physically go to the store and tell them the situation, and I spoke with the owner of apparently 17 different chains in the area (which personally I think is far, far too many to ensure a quality experience across restaurants, but what do I know?!), and the first thing she did when I described the issues I was having, was to give me a $37 refund for the order I had already been refunded for through my bank. It showed that she did not LISTEN to our situation and was NOT focused on providing a quality customer experience, but that she was willing to THROW MONEY at someone to make the issue go away. I refused the money, and she was LITERALLY TAKEN ABACK. She did not know what to do with actual FEEDBACK. I am frankly disgusted by everyone’s behavior at this restaurant. I did not once personally insult anyone, raise my voice, ask for money, or want anything except a quality experience and the food items that I had already paid for, and I received NOTHING that made me feel better about this whole situation, or that would give me the slightest inclination to go back. If this is the closest Subway to you, SKIP IT. Just go up the road to Publix where they actually put effort into their customer service. I’m done...
Read moreI work at gamestop across the street long story short I've had a rough experience with this subway before a year ago but figured I'd try again incase the orginal staff working there was changed out for a possible redemption.. I was dead wrong I closed gamestop after ordering through doordash to pick up my sub which was chicken teriyaki I had to rush over there to grab my food and ran into some issues to and back when I got to the subway the one coworker working there was outside on her phone and I walked inside in a hurry to get my food she finally walked in what felt like 5 mins later when she walked in and asked if I had a order I said yes showed her the app she handed it to me and said there you go as I walked out I said hope you have a good day as a friendly suggestion. but when I got back to gamestop it was a completely wrong sub it was a bacon ham turkey sandwich I can't eat pork I left a review through doordash and asked for a refund they accepted my request but unfortunately I went hungry cause I couldn't close the store again my coworker didnt arrive till 4 by then I was leaving in an hour. She could have at least told me she was out of the chicken or double checked to make sure the order was right. But she gave me the bag looked like she didn't care about her job. I'm never ever ever trying with this subway ever again. And it was mine cause I was the only order there and it had the cheese and the teriyaki sauce on it. Still im upset cause I really wanted...
Read morethe older lady, she seemed to be a manager or general manager, she was so rude. the other two lady employees were nice and tried to be helpful but there was so much they could do. on the app they have the BOGO 50% OFF the deli heroes, I ordered them plain for me and my husband as it clearly states on the receipt (multigrain bread, cheese - and obviously it’s a turkey sub.) that older lady refused to remake my sandwiches saying that I had to also specify on the special instructions that I just wanted turkey and cheese, which is absolutely ridiculous because I shouldn’t have to spell it out for you, making it state twice when it clearly already does the one time. I guess if you’re going to order online, make it clear in the special instructions that you removed that onion or whichever in the order. Luckily one of those other ladies was kind enough to remake one of my two sandwiches because her boss told her I had to take the other one how it’s normally made. This whole experience was just so unprofessional and unnecessary and I left with something I didn’t even want nor ate, I would’ve rather just been refunded for the whole order but she was already so rude I wasn’t going to waste any more time. I’m now contacting corporate online, $20 down the drain. I will not be back to...
