I was pretty happy with my experience at this establishment. First off, I found the atmosphere to be pretty cool since it was soldier-themed with pictures on the wall. The inside of the restaurant was definitely very cool to look at; now on to the food. I ordered a large Cuban Sandwich which went for around 13 bucks. That sounds like a lot for one sandwich, but the sandwich was very big. It also came with 4 bags of chips and 4 sodas (I was ordering with friends in bulk) which is a very good deal in my opinion. The sandwich itself was good, but it was not really the Cuban experience given it was with deli meat and not pulled pork. Growing up with homemade Cuban paninis, this was more of a deli sandwich experience as opposed to a Cuban; I will clarify that there is nothing wrong with this, just not entirely what I anticipated. That is my fault; next time I plan to order one of their signature sandwiches or maybe an Italian hero. I say this because there will definitely be a next time here; the experience was overall good, and I would recommend giving it a shot to any...
Read moreI didn’t even get food here, but accidentally pulled into their parking lot right next to Pizza Side where I intended to get food. It was an honest mistake. The lot was completely full and so tight. My boyfriend was trying to turn around and leave, but it took maybe 2 minutes with all their poorly placed cans and cones. I got out and slid two cans back because it was impossible to leave without doing so. The entire time the workers/owners are staring us down very nastily. At this point they had no way of knowing we weren’t going to their store. They also continued to stare nastily both times we walked past after getting our pizza. Horrible atmosphere, I will never consider trying a place that thinks it’s right intimidate...
Read moreIt's not often that I give a 5 star review, but if anywhere deserves it, it's Sarge's. Their website says that they focus on customer service, and they definitely delivered on that promise. I was warmly greeted when I walked in and friendly conversation flowed easily while I watched my sandwich being prepared. After I paid for my food I looked around for a tip jar, but instead found a jar for donations to the wounded warrior project. I took my sandwich back to the office and it did not disappoint. I'm not sure which was better, the service I got in the store, or the flavor of my food. The bread and cold cuts we're so fresh. I will definitely...
