Good location, parking might be limited during rush hour since they share the complex with a few other stores. Although I came early in the morning and had no trouble. Environment is clean and welcoming , great place to lounge and have coffee with friends or get some work done. Staff was really nice and attentive to the needs of the customers. I got a vanilla chia latte and the new power breakfast Fast sandwich. Both were hot and fresh. Glad they are getting healthier options on their menu.

A very good looking Dunkin Donuts, but its comes with a price. An espresso shot is 55 cents more at this location for whatever reason. I guess Dunkin Donuts gives their Franchise owners the ability to charge what they want. This is a great location on Route 3 for a quick hit of caffeine. Tough getting back on Route 3, especially during rush hour.

This Dunkin Donuts is beautiful. They have a fireplace and has a nice vibe.They have a few single couches and a table in the center. This Dunkin Donuts is clean and the staff is friendly. I live in Jersey City and I will always drop by here before work and sometimes just of the way because it's such a nice atmosphere.

4/7/2021 -IF YOU ENJOY BREAKFAST ~ STAY AWAY FROM THIS DD CHAIN ON ROUTE 3. My son picked up breakfast for us. My cinnamon raisin bagel was HARD AS A ROCK!!! I called their # to complain but their voicemail comes on saying they are busy & leave a message. Sure right. I just read their lowest reviews & can understand why they don’t answer their phone. I’m going to check with the town inspector to pay them a surprise visit. They shouldn’t get away with this type of service as I see it happens quite often. Check their one star reviews. I didn’t want to give it any star but had no choice in order to leave a review. Shame on them. OH, I noticed every time they get a 1Star review a few 5 Star reviews immediately follow. They know how to manipulate their 1Star reviews....

Received extremely rude and disrespectful treatment from the middle aged man working the register this afternoon (12/3/23). I was having issues redeeming my free coffee with the app, and he started becoming impatient and irritable. I finally decided to just pay for it instead. He insulted me for not knowing the difference between an iced coffee and iced latte. Then he made an impolite remark when I asked for a little more oat milk. Finally, he complained and gave an insulting response when I asked for artificial sweetener, which was behind the counter instead of being next to the self serve station with the sugar. I have never and probably would never be treated this way by a Starbucks employee. I would not recommend...

I visit this place at least 4 times a week and try to support anything they are doing. During the holidays tons of businesses usually asking for donations for children, food or other agencies in need if donations to support a cause. I always give and the last time I gave, I gave to the manager JOSEPH and explained to him that I feed the homeless in Newark every Thanksgiving and every Christmas and if they could give one dozen donuts that would be awesome. I returned the following week and JOSEPH said he never saw me before.
