Horrible experience. Horrible workers. Horrible food. I had ordered my pretzel bites, cheese, as well as paying for a 20% tip and donating $1 just to be horribly mistreated by the manager Melanie. Me and my friend are both 15, jobless, and using their parents money like most other teens at partridge. You’d think Melanie would understand this since shes the manager at one of the most popular places at partridge, but no. My friend had tripped on the door stoop on the way out and her pretzels went flying all over the dirty mall floor. Not knowing what to do, we snap a pic and show the manager and asked for a replacement or a refund or something so we could buy more food because we had just spent our last $10 and were starving. She gave us both a snarky look, the entire time we were in the store she was staring at us, and then told us, “we don't do that here” , without any apology or sympathy. We were there till 2-6 without any food because of this experience. We had to hand pick pretzels off the floor while watching the manager hit her employee next to her and laugh. Genuinely laugh, staring at us and making snarky comments about us. We then proceeded to wait in line for 15 minutes to get our receipt for the order number, just for customer service to be closed. Then come Monday when customer service was open, we called and requested a refund, and to no surprise, it was declined. Genuinely never going back to Auntie Annes and I hope the manager Melanie thinks about how she bullies little kids at her workplace. I dont usually write reviews and I probably wouldnt have if the manager wasnt rude, agressive, and honestly a 🐶. She talked to us like we were girls at a bar trying to fight her. She has absolutely no reason to be in management. Gross workplace and gross workers. Dont go unless you want the employees to talk about you and laugh in your face when something unfortunate happens at THEIR restaurant. Thanks, I look forward to my auntie annes coupons in...
Read moreLet me start this off by saying, my husband and son love auntie Anne’s pretzels. They have always been very good. However the service we received was absolutely disrespectful and we can promise to not return. We had a free pretzel nugget from the app as a reward (because we spend a good amount of money here) and the woman at the counter didn’t have any small size pretzel nuggets that would have fulfilled the free coupon. She sighed and said “you’re killing me” when my husband said okay, I can wait, I just wanted to redeem my offer for a small cinnamon pretzel nugget. She then poured a cup of large pretzel nuggets into a small cup and sent him out with an attitude. When he looked at the pretzels, the were salt and not cinnamon, no big deal to us, but when he turned around in the doorway to exchange the pretzels the woman said “ugh now you’re really killing me, you have to throw those away because I obviously can’t take them back after you’ve touched them”… as if it were his fault. Another woman walked out and didn’t order anything after she heard the entire encounter because the woman at the register was so rude.
This honestly was super disappointing and a real bummer for our day. What was supposed to be our after family dinner treat for our 3 year old, turned into a really frustrating experience because of the staff’s disregard and disrespect. My husband was incredibly nice and didn’t acknowledge the rude things that were said to him because we understood that maybe she was just having a rough day. But we also understand that just because you’re going through something doesn’t mean you take it out on others, especially customers.
Honestly just super disappointed and won’t...
Read moreVery rude workers. There was a girl working and could barely see over the counter and tried taking my order while a guy was working the register helping someone else. I asked for a small pop and in a snotty attitude was told they didn’t have small cups so I just ordered a medium. Then, the guy working the register who rang everything up, was talking very quiet and I couldn’t hear him. After saying “I’m sorry” so many times, he gave me an attitude and I still couldn’t understand what he was saying. I walked out eventually after i waited 10 mins due to them not having pretzels, with an older lady and a kid. She also was very upset and said she will not...
