This was our last time ever dining at Bravo. We always go before the movies, last time before Deadpool we were sat and 25 minutes went by without being greeted. We didn’t have time to go somewhere else after that and had to eat at the theater. My brother practically begged to try again. We dined in on Friday before seeing Nosferatu. We were sat directly next to the bathrooms. Every-time someone opened the doors we could smell the bathrooms. Seth (?) was a decent server and tried to distract us from the bathrooms being a literal foot away. The worst part of our experience- an older gentleman slipped and fell on his way to the bathroom. I almost caught him but he fell and landed hard on his hip. THIS STAFF HAD THE WORST RESPONSE TIME EVER! It took them forever to help this man. Myself and another patron helped him. The manager and a chef finally showed up and were so nonchalant. They finally asked if he could get up, the man said “yes, but” and they didn’t wait for the rest of his sentence. They yanked an 80 year old man by his arms to his feet and he immediately screamed in pain. His skinned ripped off his arm. Had they bothered to listen to him or look at his arms that wouldn’t have happened. When he screamed the manager and chef dropped him. He fell hard once again. My brother understood we would be late to our movie because i would not leave this man. The manager called the squad and the chef went to get the first aid kit. He came back with 2 gauze pads. You would think a kitchen would have a better first aid kit. I got towels and applied pressure to his arm. The man’s server came over and announced shed box up his food as he laid bleeding on the ground. Absolutely appalling. More concerned about the check than the human. I’ve been a server for 12 years. I never leave bad reviews. I don’t complain. I’m disgusted by the lack of care and humanity this staff had. I am traumatized by what i had to see and the fact that i literally had blood on my hands....
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were really excited to go here because I was craving a seafood bisque and Bravo! has one. The bisque was delicious and that's the only reason I'm giving two stars. The waiter was really off-putting, he barely spoke to us and didn't make eye contact and acted annoyed anytime we needed anything and I'm very nice to servers. I wouldn't mind his behavior as much if he hadnt acted super friendly and responsive to the second table he sat. I'm not sure if it's because I'm younger and dressed down that I wouldn't tip? It made the whole experience awkward. Not to mention the other employees were having conversations right next to us, though it was entertaining listening to all of their drama. I gave him a $40 tip on a $60-70 bill, which is usually my tipping rate anyways and wrote him a note wishing a better day. The alfredo sauce was so salty neither of us could eat the food, and we both love salt and I notoriously over salt things. It was inedible. We sent it back and they couldn't make a different sauce because they must precook it all for the day/week. The waiter handled that situation adequately. We got two spaghetti and meatball dishes to go, which were alright later on. No compensation of any kind for spending 50 minutes in a restaurant to not get to eat an entree there. Really disappointed because I loved that bisque.
UPDATE: As you see, Bravo replied to my review and asked me to message them which I did. However they never got back to me so clearly it was just for show and they have no desire to actually make anything right for their patrons so I am removing...

She never returned with silverware we weren't surprised,No one come back to ask about food and server was not even near nice or friendly until end after we waited for check n I flagged her down for it. She was a lil nice handing us credit card receipt of course tip time. Only thing out of the whole experience was drinks and waited for them way to long peach Bellini was already separating before server broke. Manager should of been way better dropping food off no drinks or silverware? My cousin who flew in chose you an no one even cared after the first mistakes to make our night better, floor flooded by us and everything.Server was way over welmed and mgr left our food stood up by service desk afterwards and I am very disappointed because she could took 3 min get us silverware and drinks I asked for silverware? I understand things happen but it's clear mgr had no care about us and server needs way less tables. No one even tried not thru the entire...
