I went to this target this morning to get an exclusive action figure for a friend. I walk into the store & see an employee buying every single one of the exclusive action figures. The employee was apparently still on stock duty bc after purchasing them they went into the back room and pulled out more carts of stuff to stock. I went back a day later to pick up another exclusive action figure that is usually one per customer... Not only was the store not keeping to the one per customer rule every other target does, they were holding an entire case in the back for 2 customers buying 3 of each & wouldnt allow me to buy one. The manager did give me a gift card in an attempt to resolve the situation fairly but this target has now failed multiple times with exclusive figures in the same week. When an exclusive action figure is selling for $100 above msrp... I guess I can understand the hustle but if targets are allowing employees to buy up all the stock before they even make it to the shelves or allowing people to hold multiples of an in demand action figure ignoring 1 per customer or first come first serve... well there really isn't any hope for collectors or customers... Seriously, stock your exclusives better or at the very least do something about employees buying up stock before it's even on a shelf for customers. This target is not the place to go if you're looking for exclusive figures bc the employees get to them first and they don't honor the no holds/1 per customer rules of in demand items. I miss...
Read moreToo worried about online orders to actually help people in the store. Just be a warehouse then. I get that you need to prevent thieves from stealing electronics, but have someone there to actually sell anything. This is the 2nd target in a row and still no one can sell a damned phone charger
I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. They asked another customer if he worked there. He said, yeah I need help too. The employee just walks away. Another 5 minutes one of the online order people walks by. I ask her for help because now we both need help. She says just push this tiny obscure little button and then walks off. The other customer accidentally sets off one of the display alarms. Still takes 5 minutes for someone to show up. 3rd employee cant turn off the alarm and doesnt have the key to even sell us any electronics. Another 5 minutes and Im going to be late for the bus, so I just left. Saved me 50 bucks, but I missed the bus and my phone died. I was there for chargers. Took 3 hours to get to my truck.
TLDR be as pretentious as you want, but that hole in the ground walmart actually knows they are a store that...
Read moreTarget is always such a feel-good location, providing a place to find anything you may need whether that be clothes or household products or groceries or games. Anything you can possibly think of can almost always be found at Target. Target ensures itself to be accessible for those in wheelchairs by having doors that are wide and automatically open when approached as well as wide shopping aisles and walkways. Since the store is all one floor there is no need to worry about going up and down anywhere. These level, wide walkways make it easier for those with visual difficulties to navigate with any walking canes or guide animals. There are shopping carts with child seats, as well as specific ones with large child seats for any larger children and motorized cart vehicles for anyone who struggles walking. Room for improvements lie in signaling what items are. I did not notice any auditory features that would indicate what any item is and there was no braille lettering for anyone that can't see. Overall quite accessible but always room for...
