Subway — Restaurant in Clinton Township

My husband and I came here over the weekend. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, nachos and cheese, a large drink and 2 steak and cheese sliders. The girl did not cook anything correctly. Upon receiving the food and eating a bite of the food we realized it was all cold and the bread stale. We notified the girl and she gave me an attitude and said “really ugh I cooked it” huffing. It became very clear at this point that she had no idea what she was doing or how to properly prepare the food. At that point I said never mind and asked for a refund. She again huffed and puffed giving rude comments. She was wearing short yoga shorts and improperly dressed for this type of environment. I’m frankly appalled by how she responded to us and how she acted when told she was not wearing proper clothes for where she was working. One of the worst subway sandwich ive had. I used to love subway coz its healthy, delicious and fresh but when i went there Saturday. Employees were talking trash to each other. I proceeded with my order. I asked the employee couple of things but she doesnt know much about the products. No problem. Ibwsd asked if i want my bread toasted, i said yes so it was put in an oven. When i ate my food it was awful not only the bread seem not toasted but the bread is really tough, seem an old one. The beef was still cold and the meal itself is dry. The store manager is so rude!! I got a deal on the app for 7$ footlong so I got the #10 that comes with 2x cheese like the hotshot, but when asking him to change my 2x cheese he told me that since I used a deal that means I don’t get the 2x cheese anymore. When I asked him to explain how’s that possible he started to point at different areas on the menu ( kid’s menu and pizza chart). He then went on to tell me that I’m not allowed water cups no more and accused me of filling my water bottle with Pepsi. Even though I work at Walmart I will be going to a different location for sure until the management has either learned customer service or just get rid of this horrible management!!
