I placed an online order on Sept. 28 for 3 footlong cold cut combos that I needed for a function the next day. The only items I requested on the sandwiches was lettuce, tomato, American cheese, and salt and pepper. I didn't order any condiments on them because I planned on allowing folks to dress their sandwiches as they wished at the function. I also ordered a fully-dressed 6-inch that I planned to eat that evening for dinner. I picked up my order and went home. When I unwrapped the footlongs (I was going to cut them into small sections and wrap them for the function), the bread was completely soggy. As I inspected the sandwiches, I realized they had put all the ingredients I ordered for my personal 6-inch (including a ton of vinegar and other ingredients I didn't request) on the footlongs. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. Seems like the manager on duty would have been able to assist me, but I was told I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone about a refund until the next morning. I left my name and number so they could contact me. I heard nothing. Called back again and got the same "manager isn't here" response. I left my information again and was told they were immediately texting the manager my contact information. It is now October 2, and the situation has not been resolved. DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS AT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. If you can't go to the restaurant and watch them make your order like a hawk, find someplace else to eat. I will never go back. I have continuously supported this establishment despite being treated horribly only by the manager. I decided on a scoop of tuna just to purchase something.
