I just came in today about 5 minutes ago and I ordered a large iced coffee with extra caramel and four cream... I got it and it was super white (I get the same coffee from McDonald's at a different locations everyday so I'm used to what it looks and tastes like).. so I brought it back in was super polite because I absolutely hate having to go back in for things like that and I don't want people to think I'm a Karen or anything like that... And I politely just explain that it just seemed a little off it didn't really taste like coffee at all it just tasted like caramel and cream so they walk over and tell the person that makes the coffee that is supposed to be for cream extra caramel and what the problem was and I'm watching her through the grated wall and clearly she doesn't realize I can see her... She is laughing with somebody saying something and she puts ice in a bunch of water in the cup not even exaggerating probably about a half a cup of water with the ice and a splash of coffee and cream and caramel and then handed it to the person to hand to me... The person that had to hand it to me was clearly extremely uncomfortable because they knew what had just happened and I just took it and threw it away.... I am going to take this issue to corporate as well but I did want to reach out to the location and I am in the middle of my work day so I don't have time at the current moment to call.. that is just entirely unacceptable especially because I was extremely polite about the situation... I have already stopped completely going to McDonald's to buy any food because of the terrible customer service and quality but I do like the iced coffee and as I said I get it every day and I felt it was necessary as a business owner myself to bring this to the attention of the manager because it's the people that work for you that give you the bad name... And as I said that's just completely...
Read moreMy class of theatre students tried to eat here. We called 4 times in advance asking when their lobby closed. We were told 11pm so we got there at 9:45 pm after a performance. We had about 25 hungry kids. A few arrived later. After about 10 kids got there the workers got antsy. They decided to tell everyone only to go orders from then on and they were closing their lobby. We had decided to wait inside for everyone to get their food as it wasn’t safe outside alone at night. After majority kids got their food one of the workers was waiting at the front entrance making sure no one came in. Near the back entrance (which the lady locked when about 20 kids got there) one kid. Who was alone out in the dark tried to get in. When he did the worker came over and shoved him out. And pushed another child out of the way from letting the kid in. She then blocked the door with a garbage can. Take it that this employee wasn’t wearing a uniform so some kids who suffered with anxiety and PTSD from situations like this started to have panic attacks. We were now all locked in the McDonald’s. When we went to the employee and asked to leave she screamed at us. Then one of the parents started to argue with the employee that you can’t trap children in an establishment. Especially when your store hours say your lobby will be open for another hour. After a lot of arguing we were able to get out. Some people didn’t get their food. Overall horrible experience. Normally I love McDonald’s but this experience has...
Read moreThat was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went through the drive-thru and had a rather normal order, not too big. Woman at the first window was severely unprofessional when asking me about my order, she never handed me my receipt with my card nor asked if i wanted one. So as i’m sitting there unsure if she was done with my payment or not, I kindly asked if she needed anything else from me. She rolled her eyes, scoffed, and then just nodded at me with an attitude. As I pull up to the second window, I was handed 4 drinks without a drink carrier and when I asked TWICE, she still wouldn’t give me one. Not that big of a deal. We pull out of the drive-thru and realize instead of a 10 Piece Mcnugget and a 6 Piece Mcnugget, we were handed one 4 Piece Mcnugget. I head into the lobby to ask for my correct order, and not only did I wait 15 minutes when the lobby was empty for someone to come help me, 3 different employees looked at me whilst waiting and never came to help me. When I had finally gotten the help I was waiting for, the employee didn’t allow me to finish asking for what I needed, and instead gave me 2 10 Piece Mcnuggets in a rather harsh way, throwing them on the counter while talking in an aggressive tone. Got home and all of my food was cold due to waiting so long. All in all, as someone who comes here very regularly with my family, this was such an unpleasant experience that I may not come...
