Drive-thru line was long, once through drive-thru had to pull off to the side for them to bring out the food. After driving away noticed that instead of my large fry that I ordered it was a small and had to turn around to go inside and return it. Also one of my mcdoubles ordered, turned out to be a regular hamburger. Definitely would not recommend this McDonald's and I promise the only thing keeping them in business is their proximity to Andrews AFB. Definitely recommend spending the extra drive time to go to the one off Woodyard Road or Allentown Road.
Edit I posted the above review about 2 years ago on this McDonald's. Recently, I decided to give them another chance. Went through the drive-thru after ordering ahead of time through the mobile app. Once I got up to the window I was directed over to a parking spot. Last week I waited 12 minutes for my food, today I waited almost 8 minutes. The girl that brought out the food said that this McDonald's location was getting ready for an inspection. I hope corporate actually reads the reviews and brings in new management. This McDonald's has gone downhill greatly and I don't see it improving anytime soon without major changes. I highly recommend if you're going to McDonald's then go to Allentown Road or Woodyard Road and NOT this location. it is a shame too because it is only 5 minutes...
Read moreLet’s start from the beginning, drive thru line was down to the street entry so I decided to go inside since it looked empty inside. No one up front to help or checking the dining room where there were a couple dirty tables. I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt printed BLANK absolutely nothing on it. I asked for a copy of my receipt to which some young boy in a button up told me there was no way he could pull up my receipt on the registers since I ordered at the kiosk. How is that true when my order pops up on the screen for you to make it? There’s got to be a way to give me my receipt. He walked off like he couldn’t help. I get my order timely and everything LOOKS good before walking out. I get home (around the corner) and the large fry is completely sunken into the carton. I poured the fries onto a plate and the fries that were at the top of the carton were cooked however everything below it that couldn’t be seen before emptying them out was UNDERCOOKED. A good 80% of the fries were so limp and stringy you would think I ordered NOODLES. I called to the store twice to speak with a manager and received no answer. Read moreI went through drive thru. I ordered a bagel because I had a coupon on my app for a $2 bagel. When I got to the window to pay my newborn started to cry. I turned around to check on her and turned back around and said I had a coupon the young lady at the window said it was too late she had processed payment. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I didn't want to hold up the line so once I got my food I parked calmed my newborn down them went inside to speak to the manager Diego. I told Diego what happened and he told me "NO" he would not make the adjustment. So I returned the food for a refund. I did call McDonald's customer service line, spoke to a representative, I am waiting for someone to call me back. Its not like I left and realized I had a coupon or the coupon was an after thought. My child was crying where is the humanity. The young lady in drive thru could have attest to what happened. It's just disheartening and distasteful.
