Food was excellent as always tonight- service has never been a strong point here - but unfortunately tonight s service is the worst service ive ever had. Quick initial drink orders followed by decent drink delivery times. Fast food order time after drinks were delivered as well. Then she never addressed us again. EVER! Another server brought our food and this was the point i was planning on asking my server to switch out my 13 year old s lemonade with a sweet tea ( he said it was too sugary). Having waited tables as a second job in 1998- 1999, i couldnt burden the other waitress who was running food for my waitress. So i waited - to no avail. A good 10 minutes into the meal ive run out of sweet tea.. she had taken drink orders from the table directly across from my table and i had my empty glass at the end of the table with hopes of a refill between the drinks/ food ordering process... to no avail. I drank from my wife s.. my son drank from hers as well. We waited 10 minutes for her to come to either table so i could ask for the ticket, a to go box, and a to go water for my son... my wife actually had to get up and go to the front and tell them what we needed. The hostess brought the water and to go drink, and the waitress brought the ticket. It took 8 minutes for the change. My bill was $46.08. I gave her $100.10 When she brought it out to me she pointed out that she owed me $53.92 but had rounded it to $54. I didnt want to be rude and correct her ( she owed me $53.02) And the saddest thing about the whole ordeal is that i had to give her the worst tip if ever given- $3 ( i usually average around 25-28% tips). I was only going to give her $2 for taking our order / bringing drinks ( which she asked my son to grab his - by the way) but since she couldnt count i felt bad for her and donated a $1. Something needs to change there. Ill ask around during the next year and see if i get any good feed back on good service... until then, we will not be patrons. I hate that, since its the best...
   Read moreWe were staying at a hotel near here and the hotel recommended this for dinner for the group of us. We went in and they werenât at all busy. Maybe 4 or 5 other tables there. There were at least 5 serving staff and another 6 staff up by bar going in and out of kitchen area. So they seemed to have plenty staff.
After we were seated it took forever for someone to come to our table. At one point a female server said to a male server âare you going to get this table or not?â He said âwhat table?â As he was cleaning the one behind us. She said âthis one! I told you I seated you a tableâ
So the guy finally came up. He was sooooooo polite and nice. The female server mentioned above was as well. She chatted with our table for a while. So as we ordered - the guy literally wrote everything down the way we ordered it. All but one of us had some sort of special request for our food. One person ordered his the way it comes.
When the food came out everyoneâs orders were wrong with the exception of the one persons who came out as it was ordered. I ordered my salad with cheddar cheese instead of pepper jack and no meat. Came out with pepper jack and meat. I sent it back. My friend ordered no seasoning on burger or fries and it came out with spices. My other friend ordered their ribs dry and they came out slopped in sauce.
It took a really long time for the food to get out as well. Thankfully we were just going to be sitting in our hotel rooms so we werenât super annoyed by that. If we had additional plans we would have had to leave without our food.
While we were there another couple did complain about their wait and a manager came out. They ended up taking their food to go. Iâm not sure if they comped their meal or not. We didnât ask for that from our perspective.
So I donât know if this was an off night for them but we definitely would not go back next time we...

She talked to us and reassured us that we were in great hands and offered us different food options and went into detail for us.The rest of the workers were very impolite, biased, and unconcerned they treated us like we were invisible or something.They literally saw my family and I walk in and no one spoke or acknowledged us. Granted, the young lady Milencen which was the hostess, she was very courteous and apologized for being late to seat us and I appreciate her for that. The young lady Christy that worked at the bar she assisted with our drink orders about 10 minutes of us just sitting and she did apologize to us as well about not being serviced. Weâve only visited the Clinton restaurant like 2/3 times but tonite was by far the worst, you could feel and see the bias(ness) we encountered tonight. My family and I were highly offended, by these actions. Then there was a guy waiter nearby literally; he talked to a table of women for the whole hour we sat there eating and being serviced, never once did he offer to help or even check on anyone (customers or employees). My spouse and I worked long and hard today and wanted to treat our children to a nice hot dinner as well as ourselves, our money is just as good as anyone elseâs money being spent there.This is highly unacceptable customer service and some type of action should be taken immediately. My family and I are just flabbergasted at this situation even still, I donât think weâre ever going back and I will be sure to inform my friends, family, and colleagues about this...
