Burger King — Restaurant in Clinton

So, my friend girl and I just went through the drive through and we ordered a chicken sandwich, onion rings, a king jr meal-a cheeseburger with only lettuce, pickles and cheese. Well, when we got our food, the cheeseburger was not correct. They charged me for extra lettuce and they added ketchup and mustard. Basically, it was not correct. So, we pulled up and parked and went inside to ask them to please fix the cheeseburger. The lady said that she couldn't do anything to fix it bc she had to go by what the receipt said. We asked for her manager. The manager said the same thing and said that we had to buy another cheeseburger! What?? I don't think so. I ordered it correctly -the way my friend wanted it. It's not my fault that they messed it up on the receipt. We asked for her to call her manager and she said she would not do that. She asked what it would take for us to just leave. My friend said to give her the correct cheeseburger and we'd be happy to leave. While they were fixing the second burger, we could hear them making racial slurs about us "stupid white people." We got our correct order in our hands and then told them we didn't appreciate the racial remarks they made and I told them that I was going to post about how ugly they were to us today. So, don't waste your time going to this Burger King in Clinton, MS. The food was not even any good today. My food was cold and my friend's food...

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Had a long day at the airport, step dad picked my brother and I up, stopped to get a quick bite to eat, we pull Up, order our meals, pull Up to the window.. $26 freaking later. (Made sure to take our money first before giving us our stuff) because they handed us three large drinks with NO ice. They were piss warm. We asked politely to get our money back for the drinks because they had no ice. They refused. Said there was nothing they could do to help us. I told her we would never of ordered a large drink with no ice if you would of told us but no one gave us a heads up. We went to give the drinks back to them so we had room to go get new ones from the gas station across the street and the one copped an attitude with hands on her hips saying “can’t take them back because of Covid”. So we had to deal with that, then go over to a gas station and get out and spend more money for a freaking drink because they were so rude and unprofessional. What a long day. They were two little African Americans and they were SO rude to us. Definitely do not go here. They are lucky I wasn’t driving. I would of tossed the drinks all over the window and side of the building....

It was pretty awful. The staff is rude, the wait is long, blunt roaches and black and milds from staff are everywhere outside where they make you wait for your cold soggy food. I assume the ones sitting in the window, they were saving for later. The girl working the counter seemed annoyed that she had to take orders and had hands so dirty that it left black marks all over the cups that she filled. Drinks were either wrong, came in a mix of sizes although the same meal was ordered and some had no ice. All drinks were dirty, spilling over the edges and tops were not fastened. Request to cancel order and get money back was ignored and food was brought out anyway. Then the request was denied completely because "we already brought the food to you." We tried to make the best of it and reqeusted sauces for the the meals. The girl purposely poked her fingernails in them before handing them over. We payed almost $50 for this experience. We tried to get help before leaving and were ignored. We tried to call multiple times after leaving as well. They either do not answer at all or the pick up and hang up right away. Drinks, fries and some burgers were not edible. Definitely...
