My family and I used to like this place... the food would take a while to get out but other than that we liked it.... until last night!!! My husband and I went around 8pm to get some appetizer items cause we were tired and thought just some appetizers shouldn't take long to cook.... Angel the cashier came and took our order at our car and 20 minutes go by and we went up to the window wondering where our food is at... mind you we were being patient cause we are used to this place taking a while but 20 minutes for apps was ridiculius... well she immediately gave us attitude saying the order didn't go through and it isn't her fault. I proceeded to tell her, you came out and took our order and told us it would be ready in 5-10 minutes, so you should be able to remember you have customers waiting on their food especially when it was pretty slow and not a lot of customers there... she kept arguing either me and giving me attitude saying it isn't her fault and she can't give us a refund because there is no manager there... you can't run a business without a person in charge at all times!!! So she tells me she put our receipt on the desk and I will get my refund back to my credit card when the manager comes in but she has no idea when he will be there. I call this afternoon cause I haven't received a refund on my card. And the "manager" Vanessa was very rude and unprofessional... I told her what happened last night and that I never got my refund and mentioned that they can't be running a shift with no manager and her response was "did you just call to tell me what's illegal and what's not illegal or what do you want?!" I was honestly very shocked that this was the response of an unhappy customer who wants their refund and to inform you of the horrible service I had last night... she proceeded to give me massive amounts of attitude so I asked for the owners phone number and she said she can't give me a refund if I want to talk to the owner cause I'm going to take it up with him. I was like what....?! You're not going to give me my money back for the food I never received because I want to speak to the owner?! And she said I can look at a me u and get his ohone number I told her I don't have a menu and she gave me more attitude and I asked her to just give me the owners phone number please and she hung up on me!!!! I tried calling back immediately and they ignored my phone call... by far the WORST customer service I have ever had!!! I can not believe how embarrassingly unprofessional everybody I had to talk to was and how rude and inconsiderate they were.... needless to say we will not be coming back... very...

My reasons for a 4 star review are as follows:
I do really enjoy their burgers. The staff and the girls who work in the front are incredibly courteous, friendly and have incredible work ethic. The establishment is clean and themed effectively.
Everyone needs to stop comparing the burgers to Fat jacks. They are not Fat Jacks. They are their own unique brand and if anything these burgers are better, succulent, delicious, and all of the above.
My only assessment and criticism; and all the while my rudeness was present (hangry, and family visited from out of town which doesn’t excuse my overall temperament, but I am human), they do mess up on occasion. However, it is no error from those who jot down the order at the window. The front staff take the orders thoroughly, effectively and correctly. They even repeat the orders back to you. It’s the back who I believe bag the items and perhaps misread the ticket. I know they are relatively busy, but it’s unfortunate I couldn’t have fresh food today when I decided to check the bag, when I was seriously almost home and had to drive back. In retrospect, it’s my error to not thoroughly inspect the bag prior and make sure all of the items were placed in the bag.
However, please do not allow this one disposition to deter you from trying this establishment. The customer care can improve from the cooks, but the girls (front staff), are diligent, kind, great communicators and work so hard. My behavior and attitude was a bit impetuous, but the burgers are freaking delicious. I would just advise to check your order to avoid any missing items like I did today. Again, my malice behavior was out of line, but the burgers and fries are excellent. They are really good. Oh and FYI, they do charge you for cheese on the order, so don’t get upset when it’s charged on your ticket receipt. Dairy items are relatively expensive, hence due to the charge for a slice of cheese.
Always tip the front. The girls are always multitasking, can manage a high influx/volume of people, and still manage multiple families inside the restaurant. Don’t dismiss this place. It’s really great. Good job, Bob’s Good Burger.

Read moreFALSE ADVERTISING AND OVERPRICED!! The menu says $10.99 double bacon cheeseburger combo, but now paper signs saying price went up $1 on everything. I ordered the combo which would be $11.99. They tell me there is no cheese on any of their burgers. (So why have the menu up with cheese?) They say it's an old menu and needs updating. Cheese is now $1 extra making the combo $12.99. The girl taking my order tried charging me $13.99 and with tax was over $15. She then tries to convince me the combo is $12.99 w/out cheese and the $1 makes it $13.99. The guy cooking then says, "Just give her a discount." But what about all the other customers you're wrongly overcharging after me? Their system was ringing $12.99 and the third man said they can't change the system or do anything about it. Another customer behind me had to tell him even in Spanish they're overcharging wrongly. Instead of arguing with 3 people clearly wrong, I took my business elsewhere.
I don't know what's happened to this place, in the last month, but service and food had dwindled and prices are way more than the good ol' fashion burger joint I remember. A classic combo with cheese is now $10 instead of $7.50 just a month ago. No thanks. Take your money to another local burger place 'cause this...
