How this place has so many stars I have no idea if it was my choice they what had none they are one of the worst locations I have ever been to rude every time disrespectful every time and they can’t even get the simplest orders right plus they like to fight about giving military discounts to those who have military rights talk about disrespecting those who have served and fought to let you have what you have and when someone says they have an allergy and that’s why they can’t have that or they need it modified they have to literally complain you hear them sigh or huff n puff on the other side of the intercom or behind the counter because it Hass to be modified can we get any more rude and then when you called and talk to a manager to complain about it or let them know what has taken place it is the customers fault not the employees and they tell you that every single time it is always the customer is right I am so tired of this place and I have...

*Update 4/16/23. This place just gets worse and worse. Super rude female worker who refuses to give name. Saw her get multiple orders wrong including mine and shoved the items at me. Do better carls jr. * I am giving this place 3 stars. This used to be my go to Carl's Jr because the staff was very nice and the food was always fresh but yesterday I wanted to give them 1 star. Upon eating my food I found hairs in my food they were small and fuzzy and mixed with dirt like hairs you find on the floor. I had always had good experiences with this location so I quietly told the lady at the counter as to not alert the other guests because things happen and I was trying to be understanding and was met with a very bad attitude and gaslighting blaming me for finding the hairs. I normally dont complain about minimum wage workers,but you ,Jose Mejia(General Manager),have taken me to a different place..My wife Myra Rivera-Williams comes to your restaurant and spends $38.59,but you or your flunkies charge us $238.59 for food that was substandard at best..The issue was brought to your attention and you have the audacity to try to wave her away and continue with a customer who was only spending $4.It took the Assistant Manager on Duty to even try to correct your mistake,yet you still act like it's a common occurrence..Not sure how you live your life,but wrong will get you nowhere..Not only have you lost our business for life,I truly hope your Assistant Manager gets promoted to your position and you end...
