Ordered a sandwich at lunchtime and was in and out in 3 minutes.

Don’t trust the negative reviews. I don’t know what people are expecting out of a place that is takeaway only. It has two chairs inside for waiting and the rest of the place is for food prep. You’re not supposed to have a long winded conversation with workers in this type of place unless they try to have one with you and if you can’t choose between 10 different sandwiches, a dozen extra add-ons, or pizza don’t start your order.

I ordered a sandwich in person at 1120 am on a Monday. There was no line. I said hi to the woman in the back and she said, “Hi. I’ll be right with you.” I ordered my sandwich, combo without pastrami. She asked what I wanted on it. I told her lettuce, onion, pickles, and olives. She repeated the extras back to me and I said yes. She took another order. I sat down. I had a sandwich less than 3 minutes after walking into the shop. It was at least equal in quality and enjoyment to any subway sandwich you can buy for $7.

The sandwich tasted good and stayed fresh in a fridge and cooler for about 9 hours. The extras on it were fresh. The deli meat was good. The bread was bread. I don’t know what people are expecting when they walk into a takeaway shop, but I was pleased.

Been going to this location since they opened, think I was about 13 years old. I don't know if they've changed hands throughout the years or not. I do know I've been looking at two of the same faces since I moved back to town. The prices are great and the food is always consistent. I've never had an issue here. I've seen a lot of dumb stuff go down here and I can't really blame the employees for their response. If you're looking to be treated right, you'll GENERALLY get what you give at this place. Given location and the methods of payment they accept they do deal with a lot of B.S. so they can get a little tense and I have noticed some cattiness with female customers, just sayin. Deserves 3 stars probably, getting one because I like the place and one because they got hammered here by people who've never been to the place but watched a video of half an...

I always get their pizzas and have never had issues. Tonight however my sandwiches were made completely wrong. I called requesting new sandwiches for my next visit since they were about to close and the so called “manager” said to save the sandwiches and bring them the next day, didn’t feel like I should have to do that for their mistake my family was still hungry and wanted to eat. The manager proceeded to say she couldn’t do anything about that. When I asked her name she said she could not give me her name even though she was the manager. I asked for corporate phone number and her managers name and said to call in the morning because she could not give that information over the phone. Never in my life have heard of that...
