If there’s more than a few customers inside the service is incredibly slow. Ordering online doesn’t seem to help. The flat top for cooking steak and cheeses is tiny and they seem to cook one or two at a time. Very disturbing watching someone make the cold cut sandwiches to then set down the finished sandwich on the dirty counter next to them for someone else to use bare hands to pick it up and wrap it. Oops that tomato slice slipped out, let me tuck that back in there with my dirty hands that I was just using to hand out food...

I think it’s hard to give a grinder 5 stars, but this location is incredibly clean. We frequent one a lot near our office and it’s much nicer here. All the employees were extremely polite. We were greeted in seconds from walking in, and our grinders were made super quick even with a hot grinder. We only saw gloves employees. No one was touching food ungloved. They all had dedicated stations and were working together. It’s pretty close to us so we’ll be stopping after...

Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Everything is super fresh and made with love. Tim is one of the nicest employees and really care about his job. All I ever hear them talk about is how amazing their job is and how much pride they have in their job.
