Mancino's of Coldwater — Restaurant in Coldwater

I am updating this review and changing the stars. I finally gave this place another try last night after years lol. You know the brown crust that comes on the turkey you get sliced from the deli? When you open a new ball of deli meat to slice, you throw away the 1st bit cuz it's just brown crust. Not here. They sliced it up and that was my sandwich!! Look at my pics. In years they still haven't fixed this restaurant. Seems like kids are still running it. I get so tired of ordering appetizers from this place, specifically asking if I can have it before our meal (like an "appetizer" should be), and never-not once have they done it. Someone needs to better train this crew. I won't be returning. I gave them 3 stars since they have good grinders. But the customer service has killed it for me. UPDATE: after seeing my review, the manager contacted me offering a replacement sub for my troubles. It was impressive that he reached out. Until he never sent the coupon. I still have not, and will not, return. Not unless I suddenly stop liking...

Tonight we ordered 2 grinders for takeout from the Coldwater Mancino’s. One whole Italian Combo and a half Turkey Club. The Italian was sufficient but the Turkey club had barely any meat: one tiny partial scrap of turkey, a barely discernible amount of bacon crumbles, on top of a single thin layer of ham. When I called to address the absence of meat on this $10 grinder, the manager said she had made it and thought it was fine. When I asked who the owner was, she said he was there and had “made it” (too?) and he agreed with her it was fine. No effort to remedy it somehow; no willingness to correct it by having me bring it back, no coupon or credit offered to redo it another time, just told it was fine. Since substandard food and service is apparently what Mancino’s is “fine” with, my family will not waste our money to support this local restaurant. We paid for our order in good faith that we would get our money’s worth, which did not happen. I was dismissed...

ZERO stars if I could, ordered $50.00 worth of food while staying at a nearby hotel. Mancinos is literally a stones throw away, pizza was cold n soggy with grease SOAKED thru the box, my daughters kids meal which was a 6" pepperoni pizza, animal crackers and a drink was only a pizza with NO pepperoni, NO crackers, NO soda, my nachos were missing the tomatoes that I paid extra for the pizza Stix or whatever they were supposed to be.... were nothing but cheese breadstix, when asked how many plates and cutlery was needed I said 4 people, i got NONE, when I called to correct this the lady was very dismissive, never offered an apology, refused to give me her name and when I asked to speak to her manager she said that she was the manager, when I asked to speak to her supervisor in was hung up on, later to find out her supervisor is her father, so I WILL be calling corporate mancinos and reporting their franchisee.MANCINO'S...
