Terrible experience. Food was good, but that was about it. We went on a Tuesday for BOGO wings. I even asked the waitress at the beginning of our meal if it was bogo before we ordered (like it has been for YEARS). She said yes, so we ordered. The co2 in the soda machine was running out so couldn't drink what we wanted (not the end of the world). The appetizers came out at the same time as my wings (small issue, again). My girlfriend had to wait another 15-20 minutes for her wings. We get the check and we're being charged $20 more than we should've ($75 vs $55). I bring this up to the waitress and she says, "Yeah, you have to log into the app to get the bogo." Why wouldn't you mention that at the beginning? So we speak to the manager (Karen time, I guess). She continuously explains the situation incorrectly which just frustrates me because I'm pretty good at math, and her math was NOT mathing. After I respond why what she said was wrong, she storms off saying she isn't going to help us. My girlfriend, who didn't offend anyone by pointing out that they were wrong, finally gets the app downloaded and the waitress to help us get the correct price. I guess what the manager was meaning to say is that without the app it's "buy one get one 50% off." That would've made more sense than what she was actually saying (I'm good at math and very understanding unless you're going to talk to me like I'm dumb while you're not explaining something correctly).
We are then told, "Bdubs does this to try and get more money out of customers because most people don't want to download the app."
My main point I need to make to these restaurants is that by trying to charge me $20 more, you're not hurting me. You're hurting your waitresses pockets. Good or bad service, I'm going to tip you because I've worked in the industry before and know how it is. But if they're going to try and charge me $20 extra, that's going to come out of your waitresses tip. I did get my check corrected and tipped accordingly (more than 20%, even though the experience was terrible it wasn't all her fault). But most people are going to pay the full bill and leave without tipping.
Long story short, this is probably our last trip to any bdubs if they're all...
Read moreThis was my first time at the new buffalo wild wings since they had relocated from the one by the Walmart by ronald reagan. This was by far the worst customer service i have EVER had. We were there about an hour and a half, the waitress only checked on us TWICE (Emily). It took 30 minutes to get a drink (after we had went in to complain and get someone to serve us) . It took another 40 minutes on top of that for our server to come back out to check on us to order more drinks. 20 minutes went by, she did not say ONE WORD and handed us a receipt. We were actually going to order more drinks but was so infuriated by the poor customer service we just wanted to leave... 15 minutes went by, and she had not come to take our money so we left it on the table. We walked by her in the restaurant, as she was sitting at a table talking to another male coworker laughing and talking (not working obviously). We start to pull away and she runs in front of our truck with her hand up and says "you didn't pay me"... (i honestly didnt wanna pay her at all after the bad service we received) but i jumped out of the vehicle and walked to our table and pointed under the ash tray where we had left it. This place has the WORST customer service EVER. i will NEVER go to this buffalo wild wings ever again!! I don't want the waitress to be up my ass every 5 minutes, but jesus! Unless your happy with poor customer service, i would not recommend...
Read moreOn 10/13/2022 our family and friends showed up for Dinner at 650. When I put in my name and the number of people (8) Brandy the host ask me if I was a âregular.â I was Surprised by the questions I replied no, not thinking that the answer was going to determine a different wait time. Lol! Well it did. She told me the wait was going to be really long because of Thursday night football (which didnât start for another hour and thirty minutes) I put it our name and sat and played with our kids and friends kids to try to entertain them for a little bit of the wait. About 20 minutes went by and I noticed that there was still a table available could was open when we walked in. So I walked up and politely asked Brandy if that table was available. She replied No that table to being reserved for our regulars. Which I replied in someone of a condescending tone âoh! I didnât know you were allowed to make reservations hereâ She then replied WELL one of our regulars texted the server so we are saving it for them. 𤣠So I someone made a little bit of a scene and we were sat somewhere else soon after. Out of curiosity after we had been at the restaurant I wanted to see if the âregularsâ had showed up yet. It had been an hour and they were still saving table's. This was just the beginning. Anyways, we wonât be back the this specific Bdubs which we do go to often. What an...
