When I arrived, the Male hostess had zero control of sitting people in a structured manner. People that were standing there before me were sitted after other people that arrived after me. He was seating attractive women that walked up after 6 other parties first. The first time we thought it was a mistake. The 2nd time two separate parties of women said no, the other people were first. The guy that had been waiting the longest asked the hostess when are you going to seat our party? To which the hostess replied you need to wait, they were first. Everyone quickly corrected the hostess and told him we all arrived after this mans party. The hostess seemed angered and said I will sit all of your parties right now. He told everyone to follow him. A server over hearing this comment rushed over and told him he could not do this because it would slam the kitchen. To say it was uncontrolled chaos is an under statement. Finally, all the parties got him to seat people in order.
I got seated at a bar stool next to the cooks. I did not want a bar stool nor did I want to be seated next to the cooking process. I just decided to sit and make the best of it. My server Cheryl was very nice and moving efficiently. As I waited for my order I could watch the cooks and the servers. At first I thought the cooks were playing around too much but quickly discovered they had their kitchen under control and were getting orders sold. The servers, on the other hand, were a disaster. They let food die in the window repeatedly. They took food to the wrong tables. The cooks had to keep remaking items.
When my food arrived the chicken was hot and fresh. The pasta, unfortunately, was cold. Watching the cook that was handling the pasta it appeared he was not cooking it long enough on the stove.
Pros: Its Carrabba's and the food tastes good Cheryl was a gem 💎 The customers for standing up for each other. It was nice and refreshing to see this.
Cons: Male hostess working Jan 19, 2024 around 515pm was a disaster. Please retrain him. Many customers left when they saw the seating chaos he was creating. The servers need to get their food from the window so it does not get cold. Cooks should not throw sold receipts on top of the food in the window- That's nasty Where was the manager to fix some of these problems? The restaurant had two major issues and they were nowhere to be found.
Overall- If you're like me and you dont have a Carrabba's near your house it might be worth the wait and the problems. I would recommend going somewhere else till they fix...

The company I'm employed with flew a group to Atlanta, Georgia for a training class for 2 days. Before we boarded the plane, we decided to eat at our companies expense. We understood that it's a busy airport and there's going to be wait times at the restaurants. We got dropped off at the airport 2 and 1/2 hours early just so we can get through TSA and eat. All the restaurants had a line. It took 30 minutes for us to get greeted by someone. That wasn't the issue. The issue was it took an hour and a half to complete our meal. We had 10 minutes to get to our gate and board our plane. People sit down after us, got their food before us. I didn't get my salad until the food was brought to the table. There was no bread and someone forgot to do the supply order because there were no mashed potatoes. What large restaurant chain runs out of mashed potatoes? It's on the menu and it should be available. When I inquired about the house salad I ordered, the manager brought it over and threw it on the table. She asked "is there anything else" and just walked away. The problem I had was her attitude. I understand you're busy and it was dinner. Don't be in the position of management if you can't take the pressure. I'm assuming she was a manager because she was the only one with a red shirt on the floor and everyone reported to her. I work in retail and I started at the bottom and worked hard to get my position. I get it!!! I understand the service and business industry. I understand callouts and/or payroll cuts/issues. You lead me by example and don't show your customers an attitude when it's your mistake. I ordered a house salad. She brought me a Caesar salad that looked like it was thrown together in a hurry. The company needs to know this so training can be done or coaching can be done for your employees, associates, team members. I didn't get names because I was in a hurry to get to my plane before it left me in Atlanta.
Our waitress was amazing. Our waitress was frustrated because of the things that were going on with us. The food was great except for the salad and no bread but the food was amazing. Very nice view of the airfield, airplanes coming and going, and a great...
Read moreEveryone is aware about the level service, organization and general lack of self respect the ATL airport has to offer. Although this is next level.
My group traveling together is respectful, in good spirits, tips well and leaves great reviews for great restaurants.
We didn’t expect anything special here, being an airport chain establishment. But, we definitely didn’t expect this level of disconnect from management.
We had to flag someone down to get waters, QR codes weren’t working and we weren’t informed so the waitress threw a fit when she FINALLY came over to take our order and realized we tried to use the code?? She was rude from the start although we tried to be patient and understand her situation… maybe Monday evenings can be hard on airport staff? Idk.
Afterwards, Food took forever. It came out at different times so some of us watched the others eat their whole meal before getting a bite. Every dish was poorly prepared. Lots of grease, oil, questionable quality, or flat out incorrect. But who wants to order another dish when looking at a spread of unappetizing stomach aches? So some of us ate something we never ordered. And some tried to cut through overcooked tough steak with a butter knife.
I’ll spare the remaining couple details, and I’ll give the atmosphere a 2 star, because it seemed the people that just came in for beers at the bar were having a decent experience. UNTIL we were on our way out, and overheard that their waitress and mixed up checks and they needed to dispute the bill. Although they seemed to not mind after a few beers so, as i said, 2 stars.
Don’t eat here, after taking a general visual consensus of this place and waiting til the point we had to beg for our credit cards back so we wouldn’t miss our flight that we sat down with 2.5hrs of time until boarding…. This is the first bad review I’ve left in some time. And they definitely earned it.
Stick to the fast food at ATL airport if...
