Before writing this review, I was surprised to see this place with so few stars. From what I experienced, their drinks are really good—better than some big-name franchises! What we drink: We got a Hot Matcha Tea and a Hot Chocolate, and both were super tasty. I like my drinks to be a bit thick and frothy, and these nailed it. The flavors were great, though maybe a little too sweet, but I’m guessing you can tweak that if you want. What we eat: We also tried a sandwich, which was fresh and pretty good. It wasn’t amazing, but it hit the spot. The venue: Regarding the place, there’s no seating—it’s takeout only. The service: Is pretty average; no one is particularly friendly. It’s slightly more expensive, but totally worth it for the quality. I’ll be back for sure! If this review works for you, give this a like and a follow—gotta keep myself relevant somehow. It’s my only claim to fameeee

I stopped by The Coffee Bean and Tea Lead before my flight. I purchased a Cheese Bento Box which was $13.07 with tax. I was in a bit of a rush to ensure that I would be at my gate as my flight would be boarding shortly. I paid for the box and as I was walking away from the counter, I saw a roach run across it. I had to go to my gate so did not address it with the cashier. I got to my gate, boarded my plane, and sat down to eat my Cheese Bento Box. I thought it should be okay since it was sealed. I opened the box, grabbed some cheese to find out that the cheese was spoiled. I pulled the box closer to my face to realize that there was a bad smell and that some of the grapes had mold. I was not able to return to the store as I had already boarded my plane. I definitely would not recommend this location of The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

While waiting for a layover flight in Atlanta, I stopped by this location for coffee to help me stay awake. I ordered a regular hot coffee and a caramel ice blended drink. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member was in the back eating and took some time before attending to us. Once we placed our order, it took longer than expected to prepare. My sister planned to order the same blended drink a few minutes later but was told that no more blended drinks would be made for the rest of the day—at only 5 PM. I’m not sure if there’s an official cut-off time for blended drinks, but this was frustrating. The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, and seemed uninterested in providing good service. I hope this location improves in the future.

January 15, I went to the Coffee Bean to purchase coffee and a ham and sandwich. Well, I must say this is the worst place to buy coffee not because of the food, but because of the two female employees that worked there. I was handed a cold ham and cheese sandwich so I asked the female to give a muffin instead because I don't want to eat a cold ham and cheese sandwich. So, before she took my sandwich back she made a facial expression as if it was so much work. While she was walking back to give me a muffin her supervisor told he to just give me a refund even though the muffin was less money. She also had an attitude. Now, her supervisor wanted me to go back in line to buy a muffin as if that was going to bother me. I just left because I had to catch a flight. Now, here's why this review is worth reading. The refund never went through the female that gave me my order and was instructed to give me my refund never adjusted my credit card the transaction posted to my checking account with no adjustment. I did dispute the charge and got my money back but beware of this establishment. This is not the only backlash both of them will be getting. I will contact others to inform them of their...

I wanted to grab a bite to eat prison to my flight this am. This and Bojangles were my closest options. I can eat Bojangles any time so I opted to try this spot.

Admittedly, the wait was long. There was only 1 staff taking orders, and making food and drinks. What I have come to realize is that this is our new normal. Due to the pandemic it appears that it is difficult to obtain and more importantly retain quality employees. As such, I don’t fault a business for slow service when it is clear they they are understaffed.

It took me about 20 minutes to make it to the front and the line was not that long. However, I get it, it was a 1 woman show! I. Ordered the Turkey, egg and cheese croissant and a matcha latte with almond milk. The two items came up to about $14- again, expect to may more in an airport for food and drinks.

The staff was very pleasant and did a great job of getting my items to me quickly. Her process is take order, drop food, make drink, complete order. Each person gets her undivided attention as it relates to their order.

I honestly don’t know why this spot has such a low rating. My sandwich was good and my drink is one of the best matcha lattes I...

08/20/2022 at 6:10 approximately. I ordered a cappuccino from this location but didn't say large. Cashier was an Asian mixed woman who was very hasty. Was charged $5.79 plus taxes. Board had price of large for $5.49. I thought about it and came to the conclusion that she presumed I wanted a large and maybe she added an extra shot of espresso just to charge the highest price possible seeing I didn't specify. Then they served me a regular small cappuccino. So then I questioned it. She butted in and said I paid for a regular. Fortunately I had the receipt and told her she charged me 5.79. She further tried to justify the charge saying it includes taxes. But in total I paid $6.25. when I showed her the bill and asked her which coffee is $5.79, she took my coffee and made it's large and just handed it to me with an attitude. No apologies. She's taking advantage of passengers who just order and pay and never really check prices etc. Beware of this location next to gate B12 in Atlanta Airport. Be specific with your order and check your receipt. Don't let them hustle you through your order. That's her trick....
