Predatory towing. My photo shows the signs that are all over the parking lot surrounding the Whataburger, Chipotle, Wild Pita, and Starbucks when you enter from Wellborn. Obviously the communication is that you have to eat at a restaurant, you can’t park and take a bus to class. These signs are in the Andy’s lot too, but ONLY Andy’s has a sneaky addition where THEIR signs say “Andy’s Only”. At a glance the signs look the exact same, and the parking spots themselves are not marked with paint. This is an unreal practice. My original plan was to get real food at Chipotle and then get Andy’s after, but since I got towed I wasn’t able to do so. What if I got Andy’s first and then walked over to pickup my Chipotle? Would I get towed then? Who knows!? If Andy’s is struggling so much that they are the only restaurant in this shopping center that requires exclusive use of the their closest parking spots then they should paint them so it’s clear. Additionally, I’d argue this constricts revenue from people trying to eat lunch and then get dessert. Monitor for people parked who go straight to the bus, or who are in a spot for over an hour. Demonizing people trying to eat food nearby is asinine when there’s a Starbucks line that extends out to Wellborn. Aggressive towing isn’t the business solution you think it is. I’ll continue to go to Freddys for my custard since I can eat a real meal and then have a dessert like a normal human being.

YUM! GIMME MORE PLEASE! Frozen custard is officially my new favorite thing for dessert. This place has the makings of an old 1960s walk-up joint and drive-thru akin to Sonic. The only thing is, it is WAY better than Sonic if you're looking for dessert. I got the Triple Chocolate medium concrete and that thing was absolutely perfect. I'm a huge fan of chocolate so this was like an explosion of delicious flavors, especially with that cookie dough. Nice touch, Andy. My wife got the Turtle sundae which she loved. I had a bite of it and can concur that is a great choice. Next time I want to come with my kids and get the 6 half-pint cups for $16.49 and just try a bunch of different ones, and that's all we'd get. It should be plenty. The Andy's app will net you some free custards, so be sure to check that out. Yummmmm. I'm coming back soon!

Andy’s frozen custard since 1986! That’s a good year 😉With so many different custard options it’s no wonder they been open so long. The custard is amazing. Some didn’t even make it the drive home they were finished in the car 🍦🍨🚙 We tried to order smalls but they came out bigger than expected but no worries it didn’t go to waste we enjoyed every last drop. The staff was friendly we didn’t know what we wanted and the cashier was patiently waiting on us! I look forward to returning and trying out some more menu options. I love how you can view through the window and watch the custard being made.

The custard is good, but the general experience and service are pretty bad. With only 6 people in front of me, it took me an hour to get through the line because the only person they had on the register was also running food back up to the window and would stop taking orders to work on the line with 4 people already on it. When I was finally able to order, she was rude and told me I couldn't get a pint with a topping on the side (which is fine! rules are rules), but then I had to pay $18 for a quart of ice cream with a topping on the side (that was only half full) anyway. Again, the custard is really good, but sometimes the service makes me question if I want...
