I wish I could show you a picture of how bad this food is. Got spicy fried chicken, was over seasoned and dry. Egg rolls are over cooked. We asked for a side of rice noodle was charged and received Singapore noodle shrimp and pork dish that we didn't order and was nasty. Called to let them know and was argued with say yes that is what we asked for and "you no understand me" was told delivery driver is not available. She then demanded we come up to the store I was just on my lunch break and had no time for this. She then said, "fine I give you credit on next order, bye." Then hung up on me!!! Why would I ever want to eat here again?!?!?
Update: So I called today to only get the credit given by the manager (just found out rude woman was a manager) was told must order $10 or more to have the credit delivered. I said OK let me look to see what we want. He put me on hold for a moment. Then I said we would like an order of egg rolls just make sure they are not over cooked. He then blurted out, "this is ridiculous we can't credit everything you don't like we normally don't give refunds to began with are you going to order or not"
I just hope this food is better this time around. Will at least put a two star if food is better.
While the service is the worst I've ever received and refunds and credits are refused when receiving really bad food there is some things on the menu worth ordering. The dumplings and crab Rangoon are good and made the traditional way and the sesame chicken is not the worst I've ever had.

Read moreI read if I could rate no stars I would. This is that case. I don't mind waiting 45 min for a .5 mile delivery as long the food/service is good. Delivery driver called saying he has been knocking at my door. That's impossible! I live in a hotel & no one can access areas where rooms are w/o a key card& that's why I left instructions for them to deliver to the front desk. I'm a resident so ALL the staff know me & I was waiting in the lobby for my food. When driver got off phone he roars up to hotel lobby spinning his tires & yelling. I received 1/2 my order & called the restaurant about all of this. They offered to send another driver & I declined as their first driver seemed to be crimially insane. They would only refund me cash back up to half my bill. Although I thought this was ok, again I did not want this crazy guy coming back out. It was unfortunate as the food was decent but the help intolerable! Had they refunded my CC the 50% they offered, I would've used them in the future with Door Dash or Grub Hub. Too bad for them. I manage hospital for a living &f cater in lunches for 60+. I like Chinese food as it is not the same old sandwich delivery, but their employee was off the charts crazy! Read moreI order from this place on a regular basis and usually receive adequate to decent service and treatment from drivers. However, recently I have received completely careless and outrageously rude behavior from the delivery service. The driver initially spilt the food in the bag during his delivery and I called the store reporting it in hopes for a replacement for the spilt food. The employees stated they could not do anything to help me but give a "10% discount" on the next order. After an initially long struggle with employees to put a manager on the phone, the manager allowed for the food to be replaced and the situation was settled. Or so I thought, upon arrival with the food the same driver had the audacity to deny handing me my replacement food and demanded to see the initial split delivery, all while angrily yelling at me that he did not spill the food. He then threatened me that I must provide the initial food if I wanted my replacement, however, I had already cleaned the mess and tossed the disgusting bag away after my conversation with the manager. Finally, after making a scene, he gave me the food and we exchanged curses as he walked back to his car.
I've even went and dug out the bag from the trash to attach pictures for proof of the split mess because I know the driver is too arrogant to realize that he made a simple mistake, but then turned it into a huge, rude ordeal due to his...
