Never had a bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A ever, so this was something else. I arrived to pick up a mobile order using the drive thru. They ask me to come around after telling them my name which they then proceeded to get wrong. The service worker kept calling me by the wrong name. It was odd, she told me the food was on the grill and to park where they’d bring my order. That’s happened at other fast food places but here it was past 10pm and there was no one ahead of me. I park. The person behind me parks and they get their order first. Someone pulls up out of nowhere. They didn’t go through the drive thru line or anything and the employee comes out with a huge order immediately. So two people then got their order before me. The worker (I think her name was Hayley, at least that’s what the receipt said) apologized about the wait then disappeared again. She came back with the food a while later and hurried back inside the restaurant. It had no sauce packets. They didn’t bother to check for that or napkins.
I had to go all the way back through the drive thru line again to ask for my sauce packets!
At this point, there actually was a line to order. I tell them what happened to the speaker and they don’t even apologize. They get my name wrong again at the window then give me like 10 packets of sauce. This whole affair took like 30 minutes by the time I got home.
The worst part was having to sit in the drive thru line again all because they forgot to check if my order was correct. See the photo for a picture of my soggy boxes by the time I got home. Easily the worst chick fil a I’ve visited. It seems like the crew just ignored my order and managed to get it wrong. Crazy, because CFA service overall is usually way better than other places....
Read moreI love Chick-fil-A and eat their food very often. I have even worked for Chick-fil-A so I know how you are trained to treat the customers and put them first. This location specifically ALWAYS gives me a hard time and has me leaving upset. I typically order through the mobile app which allows you to select up to 5 sauces with a 12 count nugget and fries meal, but they ALWAYS give me less than I ordered or mess something else up. I never have never had these issues with any other Chick-fil-A that I have gone to. It is not a one time thing, it is EVERY SINGLE TIME. There was one time where I ordered my food for dine in and they gave me only two sauces instead of the 5 I ordered. Whenever I went to ask for more, I was met by the manager who proceeded to ARGUE WITH ME about the number of sauces I can have even though I paid for and ordered more. Chick-fil-A is the last place I would think that I would have to argue with a manager over something so basic as a sauce that costs them barely anything and that I paid for. I seriously don’t understand what their issue is at this location. The manager at this location needs to go and is a laughable excuse for one. I really hate to review something bad, but their errors and rudeness have occurred far too much...
Read moreThe impression that I got is they don't like handling Uber Eats orders. Their dining room was closed, and on the Uber app, it indicated to pick up inside. Knowing that the food was probably already ready, I went to curbside. I was told very rudely that all third parties need to go through the drive thru (in a manner like I should have known) and the manager told me he has already told my employer (Uber) this info 4 times already. So I went through the long line at the drive thru to pick up food that had been sitting ready. I explained that I didn't understand why I had to go through the drive thru when it's more than likely ready. They kept saying "hmmm, it's not always ready". I finally got the meal, and felt the bag was cold. I was delivering cold food to someone who ordered from them. They don't care about Uber Eats customers, their drivers, or their experience. I was treated like a nuisance for trying to do my job. Michael - do better. If it's too much of a hassle to ensure food ordered thrift Uber Eats or Doordash is handled properly, maybe not offer it.
