I am not one to ever complain about a business because i understand we all have bad days but after having so many poor experiences here service wise I have to say something. Tonight I went in and despite there being at least three employees and it being over 30 minutes before close I was completely ignored for 10 minutes before finally I asked if they were still serving food. At this point one lady with short black hair was mumbling stuff under her breath while packing away all the burrito wraps and scrubbing the counter right in front of me so I had assumed maybe they were done making food for the night. She continued to ignore me and another lady said she would help in a minute. Everyone was ignoring me to do closing tasks which I understand wanting to get ahead but having the place barely running 30 minutes before close is just absurd. I’ve never been to any other place to get food where drink machines are taken down, food put up and the entire dining area shut down before close let alone 30 minutes to an hour before. When someone finally decided to help me she literally served the food as if they were trying to make the food they had out last all night. Long story short I have been coming here a couple times a week for a long time now and the closing staff is always extraordinarily rude. I always go in uncomfortable and leave wishing I hadn’t spent money just to have people make me...
Read moreToday I paid $12 for cheese. Here's the story. I regularly come in and order a bowl with rice, beans, and a sprinkle of cheese, and pay for the individual sides, getting a meal for around $3. Today I got two bowls, one for me and one for my friend, both with rice, beans, and a sprinkle of cheese (should've been $6 total), and the employee making the bowl communicated to the cashier that I got two veggie bowls, and the total came out to around $19. I explained that I hadn't gotten a veggie bowl, and that it was only rice, beans, and a sprinkle of cheese, which should count as a couple of sides. The employee who had made the bowls raised her voice and aggressively stated that the addition of the sprinkle of cheese turned rice and beans (cost $3) into a veggie bowl (cost $9.50). I explained that the cost shouldn't change that much because of a sprinkle of cheese, and the employee scoffed rudely and went to get the manager. The manager came and asserted that adding cheese to any side makes it a veggie 3 pointer bowl, increasing the cost by $6 per bowl. How is cheese a vegetable? This was news to me. Sad news. I used to promote this location to friends of mine, and I will no longer do so. Would not recommend...
Read moreI'm a fan of Chipotle's food, but this location is the worst. I ordered online for pickup and received the most disappointing bowl I've ever seen. When I got back to work, I found random ingredients in the bowl—none of which I had ordered—and the lettuce and guacamole were literally rotten. The lettuce was slimy, and the guacamole was black. I called Chipotle corporate, and they kindly issued a refund.
I then went back to the location to reorder in person, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, I encountered extremely rude service from almost all the workers, except for one. When I checked out, I tried to use the free meal corporate had given me, but the cashier made it unnecessarily difficult, insisting that I still owed money. Even after explaining the situation to what I assume was the general manager—mentioning that I had already received rotten food earlier—he was even ruder, simply telling me to take my food and leave.
Based on this experience, I strongly recommend going to any other Chipotle in town. As other reviews have noted, the staff at this location clearly don't care. From poor service to serving spoiled food, this location doesn’t even...
