I bought some earrings from this store, and everyone was very friendly and encouraging! The day after I bought them, I put them in to wear to a graduation, and I noticed that they had both fallen out of my ears. I was able to locate one, and after looking for the other, I found it on the driveway and it was cracked in the middle. I brought it to the store later that day and explained the situation, and Marley was very helpful. She said she could definitely do a 50% off exchange, but wanted to check if she could do a full exchange. She came back and was able to do the full exchange! As a secret shopper, I am looking for great customer service and unfortunately that is hard to come by nowadays. I was strolling around and decided to peak into Kendra Scott just to get inspo for Christmas Gifts. When I walked through those doors, I was immediately greeted by one of the kindest sales associates I have ever come across. Her name was Leah and for those reading, please give her a shoutout!!! She walked me through the product, didn’t rush me, assisted me in making decisions, and even talked about discounted items with me! I walked into that store curious and indecisive and walked out knowing I received excellent customer service and with a great idea of what to get for Christmas this year. I have NEVER been so upset in my life than I was when I just visited the College Station, Tx store. I have spent SO MUCH money on Kendra Scott in the past on myself, my daughter, and other family members, it's ridiculous. So, I go in there today with a VERY tarnished chain with a diamond cross on it that my husband gave me for Mother's Day in 2024, wanting to get it replaced. I do NOT wear my jewelry in the shower or in a pool, ever. You would think as a one time courtesy, they would replace it. NO!!! Because I didn't have proof of purchase (that it was bought within the year), they did NOTHING. What poor customer service. I am SO done with Kendra Scott.
