I really wanted to give this place a good review. But unfortunately the food and service were just really not up to snuff, and I can't give more than two stars.
Food: The burger meat itself was much drier than what I expect from Grub, and the buns were also dry and kind of... crumbly? Not the soft bread that holds your burger up; by the time I was half-way through my burger, the buns had crumbled into nothing. The toppings were also pretty scarce. I only had one bite with blue cheese in it on my You're My Boy Blue burger. In addition, we were missing a sauce and the bun was not put on the side as requested for our Lockhart (hubby was going to have re-heat after he got home later in the evening). Few pluses though -and only reason for the two stars and not one- the onion rings were really crispy even after being packed in to-go containers and my kids loved the chicken tenders, which is saying something because they are incredibly picky.
Service: I apologize for the lengthy explanation of my experience, but it's late- and who doesn't like to read awkward customer service stories when they are bored? I ordered our food through their online ordering system and asked Favor to deliver it to me, as hubby had the car at work for the evening. I get the food, and realize the shake is missing. No big deal, I didn't know who was to "blame" for the issue, so rang up the store to see what happened. The first girl I spoke to was polite, and knew exactly what I was talking about. She stated she wouldn't be able to mess with the payment since it was through Favor. That's understandable, except I paid through their online ordering system, not through Favor. I was then put on hold while she tried to check with the manager. FInally, someone who I assume was the manager picked up and asked what she could help with. I explained the situation, and immediately was answered with "Well, sounds like your delivery driver messed up, doesn't it?" Erm. Well, okay. Maybe he didn't check the receipt, but he also wasn't given the shake with the order, so placing blame seemed like a really strange way to approach this situation, as there were definitely two parties here. After a very awkward silence (because what do you say to that, exactly?), I just stated that I wasn't really sure what we could do because I didn't have a car to come pick the shake up. At that, I was very bluntly told "We can't give you a refund." Wait, uh, huh? What just happened? Again, awkward silence. I seriously didn't even know how to react at this moment, and just somewhat sheepishly said "Erm... Okay, well... Thanks, I guess?" After my response, I guess she sensed my confusion (which in reality was actually just me being totally stunned by her reaction to the issue) and explained that they could only process refunds on Monday when their office opened. (Let me interject here- I am a manager at a local retail/food service store myself, and I have never heard of any location of anything that can't process refunds on-site. If that was the case, state that from the beginning- not just "can't do refunds," because from my POV and the way it was presented, it seemed like she was just saying something to cover her previous statement.) I am the kind of gal who totally would've been cool with "hey, sorry for the mix up, next time your shake is on us!" and would've been back next week to order more chicken & grab my shake that I have been craving. But after such an uncomfortable conversation that made me feel like I screwed up when I didn't do anything wrong, I unfortunately won't be back. I did end up getting back in touch with the delivery guy who was super apologetic and got my shake to me, but seriously, all this over a shake? It just seems seems silly (and costly!) to lose a potential repeat customer over a shake that probably costs them less than $1 to make. Management needs some work on customer service skills, and to realize a little empathy...

Update after 7th and Final visit - Food made me sick last visit.
Do not accept cash - forced to use a credit card - forced to tip or not tip before you get your food - forced to use a public touch screen and put your hands on it before you eat - so you are forced to go wash your hands before eating. I hate ordering at this restaurant like really really hate it.
Until this last visit I always tipped when I paid but realized this system makes no sense to me had to think about why I hate it.
It is a bad system for many reasons that costs the staff money. I will not return to this restaurant but if I did I would tip in cash after the service.
My view of tipping is my relationship with the person who waited on me, this system ruins that as I don't know where the money is going. The cashier that pressed a few buttons? What if they screw up your food on purpose because you didn't tip enough?
You are forced to do something you don't want to do before you want to do it. I love tipping big for great service to inform the person that did the work they did a great job!
Burgers were all prepared exactly as I wanted. The cheese fires are great but it is a two person appetizer so I can't order it anymore it.
For reference it ends up being a 22 dollar lunch before tip.
Kitchen is hidden in the back.
Easy parking - open free parking lot - almost nobody in the restaurant 50% of the time - I am alone or one other person is eating. I time my visit to avoid the crowd always works.
Out of 7 visits I had only had one person in front of me in...

I been here twice and will be going here again soon. The place is beautiful build with a great design. Burgers are huge with some being creative and haven't seen them anywhere else. Plenty of seating but there is still a chance for a wait.
I went here and decided to grab a burger and didnt want just regular fries so I got the cheese fries and was told there $5. Kinda thought this was steep but when it showed up it was huge. Two people could have ate this. I was stuffed when I left and even took the leftovers.
The only negative thing I can say and probaly the only negative thing I can ever say is when I order beer they gave me a cup for water. I even asked what the cup was for? The guy said water. I said I don't need that I'm getting beer and he was polite but for some reason he still gave me the cup. Lol. Guess it's work policy to give everyone a cup for water. That just made me laugh really. So don't reject the water cup just take it with a smile and don't...
