DO NOT ORDER ONLINE
We ordered online. They never "received our oder." I had to reorder my food. After a 20 minute They informed me they did not have an item for my order due to it being their "soft opening"
The place was busy and they only had one person working front of house, which lead to extremely long wait time to order.
10 minutes into my waiting for food adventure the single server spoke aggressively to a table of patrons to "not ask him for anything." They are clearly overwhelmed as order tickets from the POS machine were spilling onto the ground. That same server later spoke aggressively to the single front of house employee in front of patrons, it was demeaning and awkward.
Operationally. Their processes need help as the single front of house employee had to physically walk order tickets to the back. There is no process for clearing tables as i witnessed many patrons clearing their own spaces to sit.
Wait time. I got to the restaurant at 12:40pm, which was my original pickup time. I recieved my...
Read moreWe’ve gone to nearly every pho place in town and this is by far the best! The broth and meat (eye round steak is best) in the pho are so flavorful.
The prices are also best in town, it is impossible to find pho for $12 anywhere except for here. The other non-pho options are very reasonably priced as well, especially compared to other restaurants.
I’ve gone three times so far, and all 3 times the restaurant was completely empty or had one other table. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean and the waitress is very sweet and attentive.

It makes me sad seeing the restaurant empty and to see such a low average review score because everything me and my girlfriend have had were...
Read moreWent here with friends. We ordered beef sandwiches and pho, but both were a big letdown. The pho had this really strange, almost pungent flavor, something that reminded me of Asian cinnamon, but not in a good way. The broth was off, and the beef slices were cut too thick and completely flavorless. But the worse part? The banh mi. The paste inside was a little gross, the pickles (which are usually my favorite!) didn’t even taste like pickles, and the beef somehow tasted like ashes. It was hard to eat. The lady at the counter seemed nice enough, but she didn’t really understand what we were ordering and provided wrong information when was asked about what was in the spicy beef pho. Definitely not a place...
