Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in College Station

After suffering one of the worst family tragedies anyone could ever imagine our family decided to order Hungry Howies for some extended friends and family that were staying at our home. We have been ordering Howies for 15+ years with no issues. However, on this one particular night out of all nights, they decided they no longer delivered to us. We told them what we were trying to order pizza for and the gentleman, Bailey, showed no sympathy. In complete shock and disgust, we moved on and ordered from another company. A few days passed and we still could not believe what happened... just because we have been loyal customers for so long. A couple days later, To our complete surprise we received a phone call from the manager, David. He expressed his greatest apologies and that he was so disappointed of the service we had received. This was completely unexpected. We thanked him for taking time out of his busy schedule to make amends. From then, we have again been loyal customers to Howies! The incredible customer service does not stop there - a few days ago we received a call from the owner, Jeremy. He was checking in on us making sure everything was okay and that we have been receiving excellent service. This absolutely shocked us and truly showed us that no matter how terrible one person can be, if the company has rooted morals and integrity they will always shine through. We truly appreciate Howies and their management team. This is a true example of how a company should handle crisis and retain loyal customers. Thanks again to Howies. We will forever recommend your company not only in BCS but in all Howies...

I conducted a lunch & learn at a client's office in College Station and my client suggested Hungry Howies for the employees. I contacted Jeremy at HH Bryan/College Station and he was extremely helpful and emailed me the catering menu. He made suggestions for the luncheon and allowed me to email my selections back to him. Jeremy contacted me by telephone for payment and told me he'd take care of everything. The food was delivered on time and hot and they didn't miss a beat (salad, pizza, Howie Bread, cookies & sodas for approx. 30 employees). They even delivered ice for the drinks along with cups, napkins, plates, silverware, all the fixings for the salad and pizza. It was a pleasure working with Jeremy and his staff. The food was excellent as was their friendliness and professionalism. I will definitely utilize their services in the future for myself...

We got a coupon for free pizza and it was great. The cheese was so amazing! I do say that the sauce wasn't the best and I think the pizza upset my stomach but it was very good and I would like to have it again.

I put service as poor because it was. A guy behind the counter making pizza was nice and greeted us kindly. But, the cashier guy was super rude and uncaring. We were very nice and calm and happy but he made me not even want to get anything. I understand you may hate working in food business or had a rude person before us but we were being super nice and cheerful and all he did was be so rude and uncaring it really makes me not want to go back. But, the pizza was good and I will go back one day and hopefully they will have a better cashier or the guy will not...
