My family and I have lived in the Bryan-College Station area all my life, Iāve always gone to McAlisters, And never have i ever been treated the way i was today . I placed an order to be picked up, i tried using curbside due to covid i donāt go inside many places. My friend tried calling to let them know we were outside to pick the order up and they told us to come in and hung up. I called back and the lady told me again to come in and get the order. I let her know that i was at the curbside to pick up my order. She said because i ordered on door dash i had to come in i told her because of covid i normally order like this and never had an issue before she continued to give me a hard time and finally had someone bring our order out to us . When we received our food, it was opened, missing food, drinks were incorrect. We hadnāt eaten all day. We literally just gave our food away and didnāt eat because we felt if we went in to try to get it corrected they wouldāve given attitude and we ordered through door dash so we couldnāt have gone through them to get a refund anyways and we knew they wouldnāt have taken the food back so we just gave it away and came to chick fil a. Haven't even tasted the food yet, which is usually good and satisfying, but it seems like the second you say the words "to-go", everyone stops caring. Missing multiple items from or order, inexcusable, sandwich looks like some kind of deconstructed mess. It's pretty simple, you read the order and fill the bag with what's I the list, elementary. And sandwiches usually have the fillings in the inside with the bread facing the same direction. First bad experience here and hopefully it's a one-off, but just unsat all around and I even tipped knowing that to-go orders don't usually get tips.
Update: After this comment posted, a member of corporate reached out. They took the extra time to hear all of my issues and how they could make things right. I'm upgrading this review to 3-stars for the excellent response. I will be going back to the same location soon to give them another shot. If all is back to normal work great food and good service, I will add another star back to this...

Neither the email nor the website indicated I was to park in any designated curbside delivery parking. When I pulled I to the parking lot 10m after the time my order was to be ready, again there was no sign indicating any special curbside parking. So I pulled into a parking spot and clicked the "I'm here" button in my email. I waited for 10m before clicking the button again. 5m later I clicked it yet again. No one came. Finally I called into the store. They told me they couldn't find me in curbside parking. I told them I wasn't aware there was specific parking for that. I'm wondering why, when they didn't find my car, they couldn't look elsewhere in the small parking lot, or why they didn't call me, text me...
