Our large family of 11 ate at Rudy's last night. We ordered a large quantity of food and left a $25 tip with payment.
It was 6:45 when we got there and we hung out and ate and visited until almost 8pm. Rudy's closes at 9pm; however they began their cleanup before 8pm. This is okay, but the employees were very rude about it. Making as much noise as possible with the glass bbq bottles and standing in the way if you went for a refill on drinks, or to get more napkins. More than once two of the employees on the floor made eye contact with us and would not let us pass (instead making us walk around the island to get to our destination).

Service was amazing, super friendly and just excited to serve you, the atmosphere is great spacious, the set up makes sense and everything was clean and accessible.
Now let's get to the food, ordered a pork rib, brisket (moist) and a turkey and sausage sandwich. Let me just say the rub on the pork rib and cook temp was Amazing, some of the best rib I've had, the sandwich was perfectly balance, turkey was lean and sausage was savory and not greasy at all. My only complaint was the brisket, smell was great, bark was tasty and not overly salty as other places in the area, my biggest complaint was that it was cut super thin and was super dry, if you are serving plain brisket it should be thick, and specially if you order the (moist) version should expect not to be hard and dry. But honestly with bbq sauce and bread was better.
I'll be back when in the...
