Excellent store with excellent service! I walked into this location on February 5. I think they had just opened the day before. They told me I was their first in-store purchase since opening. Wow, what an honor! I was visiting from out of town, and I had made up my mind that I was going to propose to my girlfriend, and I wanted an engagement ring to take home. Isabella, Ana, and Sarah were so helpful through the whole process. It’s like I had my own cheering section. They were very patient with me too as I struggled to make up my mind because there were so many beautiful choices. But I found the perfect ring! I wanted to post a review here then, but I was afraid the surprise would be ruined. But a few weeks later, I took her to the theatre, and we got to the lobby fairly early before it got crowded. I got down on one knee, and with this beautiful ring from Kay, I asked her to marry me. She said YES! The whole place went nuts with applause and cheers from employees and patrons. If you are looking for a graduation gift, this is your place! We were looking for a Swiss watch for my son's Master's graduation from Texas A&M. The first time we went there, we were helped by Elsa, who was so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, we thought right away that we needed to come back there (we are not the spur-of-the-moment kinda buyers). So we shared the pictures, thought about it, and came back. Hany helped us visualize it by modeling it and explained everything about the watch in detail. This helped us decide on the larger dial, and he also recommended the color scheme for my son's watch. We were able to get the engraving we wanted done; it was beautifully done and came back fast. I hate the fact that I am limited to only select five stars. This location is worthy of more stars. My buying experience at the new location was fantastic. I purchased a Tissot watch for my birthday and was treated with an expert personalized shopping experience. The sales staff and management were able to find the watch that I wanted. (This location carries Bulova and Citizen watches. But exclusively carries Tissot Watches.) Additionally, Anna and Elsa provided friendly, thoughtful service to my son who experienced his first jewelry buying experience. They managed his wants at the same time I was shopping for my watch. Anna listened to his wants and matched him up with a piece of jewelry he proudly wore out the door. Logistics are worth noting. Access to the new store is very convenient.
