IM not the type of person to leave a review IMMEDIATELY after or even say anything regarding an unsatisfied experience! I been to a high end restaurant and paid money for food that wasnt good and I didn't say anything or leave a review. I took it as if, don't come back here if the food wasn't rightfor my first time!
I requested for my table to be cleaned by one of the workers and upon asking him he rolled his eyes and said yes. But, I guess he didn't want to be bothered and I just went to the bathroom and got my food. Upon arriving back to my table I noticed the table wasn't cleaned. I requested kindly for it to be cleaned again, just a wipe down! After there was a pause in her decision I looked for the manager to give him a break down of what happened from a pure and genuine standpoint. After , I asked the front waiter for the manager she pointed to his direction. I approached him (the manager) and briefly discussed what happened. And He said I need to wait til she was done with the other tables (that were empty by the way) and she was going to come around to me. I asked could she do my table a little quicker because I did not want to eat on a dirty table nor did I want for my food to get cold. He left and went to take care of his work and I decided his behavior as a manager wasn't standard or professional. I asked for my money back and he said why? She's getting to your table? And I asked for my money back again, he gets up to look at my food and said you have a full plate of food on the table and I said " nor have I taken one bite of it" he told me that I was being unreasonable, when I presented the receipt to him to get my money back he snatched the receipt out of my hand and he " told me don't come back" and forcefully gave me my money back into my hands. I should have called the cops on him because of his behavior, he's very prideful and unconcerned about any customer who is guiene and HONEST! Hes more worried about his appearance and stats! I know because he made the remarks of " we're not dirty, the place is clean" as if that was going to make up for his error of not properly managing/ have...

My daughter went on a field trip with her class to CICIās the other week and had a blast, thatās all she has talked about. The pizza and games, mostly games. We live over an hour away in a smallish town. We came to College Station over the weekend to run some errands and see family. I am pregnant and pizza is not my thing right now (actually food in general is not appetizing most of the day) but I promised my daughter I would take her there to eat and play some games and later I would grab me some food on the way home. I asked for a kids buffet for my daughter and the cashier says āIf you are in the building you have to pay for an adult buffet too.ā I explained to him that I wouldnāt be eating there and this was all for her, as an 8 year old obviously canāt go in and eat by herself. I advised I would be sitting in the booth waiting for her to be done, and they could watch me if they wanted. So he charged my card for one kid and one adult buffet. I walked back up there and asked to take the kids buffet off and just have the adult, the adult costs more than the kids so they would have still had gotten more money than I owed, but at least I wouldnāt have had to pay to just sit and watch my kid eat. I watched her grab her food at the buffet from the table and never went near the buffet. He then got his manager, she looked like a deer in the headlights that I didnāt want to pay for a meal that I wasnāt eating. She said āPer our policy you have to pay to be in here.ā Didnāt even ask what the circumstances were or care to listen to why I refused to pay. I said āok, I paid and we wonāt be coming back due to your policyā and she said āThank youā and walked off. Very disappointed with their so called āpolicyā. I told my daughter to eat until she was full since I was paying for two buffets and then we left. I wasnāt about to give them another cent by playing games. I would have spent money on the games if they didnāt charge me just to sit in the building....
