Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Collier Township

This would be a zero-star review if possible. We placed an app order into Domino's with a set delivery time of 5:30 PM. This was to facilitate a family movie night for my two daughters who have their birthday this weekend. We did this with the understanding that it being Friday night things get busy and we wanted to provide a nice evening for the birthday girls without having to worry about an extremely late dinner.

By 6:30 PM the food had still not arrived. Multiple calls to the store resulted in the employee hanging up on myself and my wife or refusing to answer an unblocked phone number. The tracker shows a pizza delivered, but no pizza was ever brought to our house by Dominos. The employee who answered refused to refund the money (this is a significant issue as no services or goods were provided or performed) or attempt any sort of remediation of the situation. If I could give zero stars I would. I placed two curbside orders thin crust spinach feta pizza and chicken and lava crunch cakes. I arrived to domino’s and was told they don't have lava cakes do I want brownies (no because that’s not what I ordered the order shouldn't have been processed if you didn’t have the item; then I was told my money would be refunded for an item I didn’t receive later in the evening because they were busy she would refund me later. I get home the pizza and chicken was so over cooked we not able to eat it. I called back to express my dissatisfaction she explained how busy they were and she was aware that it was over cooked. She stated I would receive a refund I called back the next day and was told there wasn’t a manager on site. I only eat the three items listed above from domino’s never had a issue i would support other domino’s in the area as I have done...

I will give no stars if I could. Worst Dominos outlet. I don’t eat bacon, I ordered pasta without bacon. But I got lots of bacon in the dish, when I told the person about bacon, what a normal store employee would do - apologize right ? Here this guy never said sorry, he simply said I will make another one. I told him I don’t want the pasta as I don’t have confidence in pasta again. I requested a small cheese pizza Instead, he made sure the cheese pizza price is not higher than the pasta. Ok later I told him again to be careful with food preparing , again no apologies what so ever. I wish I sue them. I will never go to this restaurant again. Worst customer experience.why Dominos is giving franchise to unprofessional people in town. Guys who are halal or vegan better stay away from this place...
